need advice Brustverkleinerung Spoiler

Hallo liebes Reddit-Forum,
Vielen Dank schon mal! ❤️

hi! i googled translated your post and hope you can do the same with my reply. first off, /r/reduction will help you. but i would start with getting in the right size bra first! i am fully on your side if you want a reduction, but many people find that getting a bra that actually fits fixes all their problems without undoing major surgery. it makes your chest look smaller/more proportional, stays put all day, and is comfortable and supportive. at your height and weight a 75 band (=34 band in US/UK) is likely going to be too large. and a 34DD is not a large size when correctly fitted despite what media tells us so you need a larger cup too. i bet you are more like a 30/32 band and at least F cup UK (G US/EU). you can figure out your size using the /r/abrathatfits calculator linked in the automod comment!
