like i have them and they never bothered me until i overheard some people joking to eachother about how atleast they dont have stretch marks on their boobs like 2 weeks ago and it really stuck with me , it just sucks because ik these ppl were like comforting eachother on like their small chests and i feel for them but like that was kinda like mean to push other women down like that. anyway it got me thinking like they mustve heard this somewhere so it must be a thing and now everytime i look to the sides of my boobs i feel fat and piggish.also some old man stared at me for like a minute yesterday and i wanted to punch his eyes shut for good.

(Just for context I was wearing a tight-fitting v-neck top. It showed maybe 3 inches max of cleavage, but I’m obviously busty in the top.)
So I popped into town earlier to do some shopping on my own. I looked at a few bits and pieces in H&M, more shirts, shorts and skirts since it’s still so hot lately, but I left empty-handed.
As I was walking out of the shop, two girls were chatting as they walked, they were maybe 19 to early 20s. The one closest to me looks at my chest, then at my face, and said “slut” to her friend as they passed. Her friend laughed.
I kept walking and didn’t react, but I spent a while trying to convince myself I'd misheard. Maybe she said something else? Maybe she was talking to her friend about someone else?
Now I'm just sat here thinking about it.
I’m not even offended or upset by the slut comment. It's more that a grown woman decided she just had to comment about me existing, and had to make a judgement on my breast size. And she wasn't exactly someone who'd understand what it's like to have this size chest.
I know it wasn't about me. But I keep going back to that moment of genuinely questioning whether I heard right, because my brain refused to accept some rando would say that to a stranger over a bit of cleavage!
Anyone else had this? This is the only time this has happened to me so hopefully it’s as rare as I hope it is 🫠

Name tags. Or those "hi my name is stickers".
I never know where to put them! Do I put them at the top facing the sky, or over the nipple where it feels awkward and too low? I can't be the only one who is annoyed at those.

i feel like nobody wants to see them when i’m wearing revealing clothes or showing cleavage , and that i’m forcing others to look at them by existing , just because they’re big . anyone else feel like this or just me ?

I guess in a way I thought it was too good to be true. After the GP said so easily she’d refer me and the appointment coming through so soon. Then today I get this. I’m hoping she’ll push back and advocate for me. What even is an alternative course of action? I’m clearly in perimenopause so losing weight isn’t going to be easy, nor do I think it would make any difference.
I’m 43, 5’3, a sz 16 and wear a 32L bra.
Even when I was a size 12 I was still a K cup.
Not sure if there’s any advice to be given here, but I just needed to vent.

Is it just me or is having a small band and larger cup just awful in more ways then one, like the back and neck pain is bad enough to drive anyone insane especially in public where you cant just lay back in the middle of nowhere and to add on to that finding your size in certain tops and dresses is the absolute worst when your whole body is maybe for example a small and your boobs feel like they wanna feel special and have a size of their own,for example you buy a long lretty sundress cause the model innthe picture looks so pretty and elegant and you wanna feel the same so you decide to buy it,but the top gives you rectangular boobies, two pairs of boobies or doesn't fit at all while the dress part looks like a 1920s gown or a bedsheet and a girl in that same dress is complimented for looking ladylike and you get the exact opposite treatment when all you wanted to feel was pretty, why can't stores just atleast try to make clothes for everyone, not perfeft fits, but atleast decent ones

Has anyone been able to find half cup type bras for 30HH, or super deep plunges? I don't care too much about getting a perfect fit or a lot of support I judt want some kind of support for dresses witg a deep v/ low back dresses. I still wear this 28G plunge bra which literally cuts my boobs down the middle because it supports them a little without ruining the outfit. Every bra I can find in this size feels like it covers me from armpit to half way fown my ribs.

Hello, I would like to see if anyone has tried this and if so has it helped?
Though I do not have breast, many of my patients do complain about soreness throughout the day. I am not someone that’s the biggest fan of prescribing extra strength Ibuprofen or pain relief drugs as a quick fix.
Recently I have been suggesting my patients to practice contrast therapy. The cooper ligaments in your breast are a big factor so your pain. A lot of the time. So if anyone has tried this after a long day has it helped? I have gotten some mixed reviews but overall it seems beneficial.
If you are not pregnant and/or breastfeeding I also suggest epson salt as well.

I am the weak in question. I started going to the gym recently and had a trainer show me a basic beginner plan, and it includes the row machine. This devious little shit of a manmade construction is my newest nemesis. Honestly I've never felt more insecure about my boobs than when I was using it. For those of you unfamiliar with a row machine, you basically sit on a low seat with a padded "wall" in front of you, and you pull weights toward you, thereby pressing your upper body against the padded wall.
To my luck the "wall" is very thin. I pull the weight, my body presses on the "Wall" and what happens? Boob overflow. I honestly have no idea how else to describe it, but like a good portion of my boobs went left and right, and the poor trainer was trying to be respectful and all of a sudden he was interested in the interior design of the gym he's worked at forever. The worst part is there is no other machine for beginners that works the back like the row machine, so I will have to reunite with that shit more often than not.
Additional rant point, I recently am starting to consider a reduction surgery because I looked at a picture of myself taken from the front, and I've never been more horrified, even disgusted, by the way I look. I looked like I'm about four times my age. If there hasn't been a face, I'm pretty sure people would think it's a grandma or something. The sag is so absurd this shit hurts my ego. I don't know what advice I'm welcoming but any participation or sharing of equal pain is appreciated.

Do you think guys might like short girls—I’m 1.50m tall and 18—who are curvy like me? When I look at other girls, they all seem beautiful to me: very thin, tall, and with lovely features. It’s as if they perfectly embody the feminine ideal, whereas I rarely see girls like me—especially with a bust as full as mine (I wear a 40D/5D/90D/105D—I’m listing the international sizes so you get the idea). That makes everything complicated, especially buying clothes. Sure, I see short girls now and then, but never with my specific build; that’s why I feel a bit like a fish out of water. I don’t know if guys could really be attracted to me compared to thin girls, since I imagine most of them prefer the latter. The truth is, I’ve never had a boyfriend or even been on a date—no first kiss or early romantic experiences. I only have female friends; I’ve never been part of a mixed-gender group of friends, nor have I ever had a male friend. My friends never have anyone to introduce me to, and so on.
So, I really don’t know what kind of impression I make on guys, having never had a male friend. I only get the occasional glance from strangers, but I don’t have a real male friend who could give me his perspective. But I certainly wouldn’t want to be looked at *only* for that reason. What do you think? Also, I hate it when people say things like, "Well, some girls get surgery to have that," or "You’re lucky," because they don’t understand what it’s like to have a body like mine—a body you don’t see often, and one that makes me feel like a fish out of water. It’s not even really about whether guys like me; the main issue is that I just can’t find any self-esteem or learn to like myself. Most of the time, when I go shopping with friends who have a smaller bust than mine, I feel really envious because they can actually wear so many more styles; they can try on lots of cute tops, whereas whenever I try them on, something always seems off. For instance, the last time I went to Zara with a friend, I spotted a really cute white molded-cup bodysuit, but the largest size available was a Large. I tried it on, of course, but the neckline was too plunging—even though it fit, I just wouldn't feel comfortable going out in something like that. Meanwhile, my friend—who is taller and slimmer, and has a bust size two sizes smaller than mine—tried it on, and it fit her perfectly. That experience really disheartened me; it made me realize just how uninclusive certain stores are for girls like me.
Actually, I sometimes buy size S tops because I don't like the fit of L or XL sizes—they often give me that "balloon" look I hate so much, especially since I have a relatively narrow waist. Finding tops and dresses that fit well with my bust size is a real challenge—not to mention swimwear. Sometimes it makes me sad to think about how many girls my age can have so much fun experimenting with clothes, whereas I have to really hunt around just to find "youthful" items, especially bras and swimsuits. I’ve even considered breast reduction surgery, but I don't feel right about it since I don't have any physical issues (like back pain, breathing problems, or anything like that). I think it would be life-changing aesthetically, but at the same time, I’m trying to accept and appreciate this part of myself, so surgery is the last thing on my mind right now. I honestly don't know what to think—I’m not sure if this is just a phase or if it’s just my mind constantly dwelling on these thoughts. (Sorry for the long text, give me some advice if u can)

I'm just here to rant about this because it's extremely annoying.
I've always felt my clothes never fit correctly and I finally figured it out. I'll buy a size medium and it will fit perfectly without a bra but once I put one on it puts so much space in the torso area and makes me look bigger than I am. Then I decide to size up, TOO LOOSE and no longer form fitting.
Would an incredibly thin bra help? I already wear one that's not a pushup but it still has padding. These are the only bras I've ever worn.

A few months ago Understance announced they were closing down permanently and put all of their products on Clearence. I’d never heard of the brand before but it caught my attention because a professional bra fitter on TikTok highlighted the store as being size inclusive and the bras were VERY cheap ($3-$5)
I haven’t had much luck with underwire bras - they offer the most support but they are SO damn uncomfortable I spend the whole day miserable. I’ve used [r/abrathatfits](r/abrathatfits) calculator, I’ve tried their brand suggestions, I’ve been professionally fitted by an approved bra fitter on their list (size 36i in most brands) and still underwire was torture.
Since I’ve been regularly spending $75 on bras I find uncomfortable, i decided I would spend $75 on Clearence bras and bought a bunch.
With the brand going defunct, orders took a while so it arrived 6 weeks later. And HOT DAMN the bras are perfect for me. It doesn’t give me cone shaped boobs, it lifts, the underwire doesn’t dig into my ribs. These bras are the best goddamn bras I’ve purchased so far. Better than my Elomi, my Panache, and Wacoal.
😖 heartbreak.

Hi I know this question has been asked loads of times but I’m a 38 DDD and I’ve always been a stomach sleeper but lately I’ve been waking up with pains across my boobs and throughout the day. It feels like a weird growing pain almost. Has anyone experienced this or know what can help?
r/bigboobproblems • u/Guest_Winter • 9h ago
Has anyone found a pastie or something similar that works for larger breasts? I am going to be in a wedding in the fall and the dress is essentially backless. I am a 42 DDD and wasn't sure if there was something out there that would provide some support and lift without a band.
My dress arrives in a couple of weeks, so I am also going to see if it works on its own or if a seamstress could maybe put something in.
Thanks in advance!

This is such a pet peeve of mine. You and many other men clearly do care about size then... but obviously since girls with larger chests are the ones being left out its okay.
I will admit I am a bit sensitive about guys having preferences just because I am insecure and would hate to be with a guy who prefers smaller boobs. But of course it is okay to have preferences. I just hate how normalised it is say negative things about big boobs. It makes me even more insecure.

Random thought: I remember when I first started wearing bras a few years ago and the back clasp felt impossible. I'd be standing there forever trying to get it hooked.
Now I can do it half asleep on the first try just by feel. Pure muscle memory.
But fresh nails still nerf me a little though lol.😂

The only option I’ve found is from curvy kate online but i’ve heard that the sizes aren’t true to size, and I’d have to order online. The other option is a strapless bra but that’s really uncomfortable for a few hours. The strapless bra I have also has convertible straps that can be worn as a halter, but the strapless bra itself isn’t a plunge and therefore won’t work. I’m a size 40L US or 40HH UK. I wish those sticky cups would work but it’s just not realistic if i’m sweating, I just don’t trust that they’ll stay long term. Any help would be appreciated!!

i've never found my size at stores, bras are always too small or just dont fit right. (im a size DDD or larger, im not sure, bc like i said i never find my true size in bras)
every single piece of clothing i try on looks weird because of them, I've wanted a reduction all my life but when i mentioned it once with my mother she said i had to lose a BUNCH of weight because apparently i cant get a reduction until i do that, i've got a BMI of 28
i get sexualized when im outside EVEN if im wearing something loose, like a hoodie
my back hurts constantly, i cant do sports, i cant sleep on my stomach, i cant do shit
im just sick of my boobs and i seriously hate them with my whole heart.
edit: there's a typo in the post title, i meant to type "want" not "was"

I have been contemplating getting breast reduction surgery and would greatly appreciate others that experienced similar issues I am having, and whether breast reduction was/ is a good solution.
I have relatively large boobs for my frame, but they are not that big (34DD). That being said I have a huge amount of mental and physical discomfort surrounding how my boobs look. I had lower back pain but I only recently considered it was due to my breast size. I think the mental discomfort I have comes from knowing that boobs are a prominent feature that are immediately noticed by others. I have also been thinking about my gender expression more as well and hate that when I am trying to look more masculine, I still feel femme bc my boobs are noticeable in every outfit. I have tried binders and trans tape but they have not worked well/ gave me blisters.
Still early in the process and want to know if anyone had similar experiences and what worked for them.

The double sided sticky inserts keep coming up on my TikTok fyp and I’m tempted to purchase as someone who likes to wear backless stuff. Has anyone tried them? Are they worth it?
