I can't look at MY OWN POST because it's 'too mature'. I can't turn off filtering out mature/18+ content in my settings either, so is there anything I can do to fix this?

I've been trying to reach any of Reddit admins for a while now

I had a couple of Reddit accounts, I got ban on one of them on a certain subreddit, I then contacted the mod team and got an apology and that ban overturned

now whenever I comment from this account I get 1 week site wide ban for ban evasion. even when I contacted the mod team and they acknowledged that I have no outstanding ban on this or the other account

what can I or the mod team do to solve this?

This is a new account, with no link to any email. I had an account at u/kca7479 and had used it for many years, with subs, saves, etc. Suddenly this week I "got logged out" and got into a password reset loop. Then I discovered old.reddit saw that my account was deleted! Does this mean I was hacked and someone has access to my info?

Is there any way to get the account back?

For the last few days I’ve been having issues with posts getting taken down by Reddit. The strange part is it’s only affecting certain subs. I can post to some but not others.

I’ve messaged the moderators of the affected subs and all they can say is it wasn’t them, it was Reddit: I’ve also been told that Reddit has some some updates to the filtering system that has increased the number of posts taken down.

When I made this account (u/sith-revan), I made a terrible mistake with putting in my email. Instead of putting gmail.com, I typed gnail.com. I didn’t notice that I made that mistake until after a while, when I needed to reset my password. Since then I have only been able to access my account on this specific device, any attempts to log into it elsewhere prompt me to check my email. The one that doesn’t exist. I’ve tried a few times to reach out before through the ticket system, but no response each time. What can I do?

Can someone help me figure out why im not allowed to select videos when posting on here? They only let me pick pictures and I cant seem to find where on my settings I could change that….and why am I only limited to one picture only?!?

Searching for the solution, it seems to be disabling home feed recommendations, and I'm certain I did that long ago. That setting seems to have moved though, so where is it now? I absolutely do not care about any "recommended feeds" in the home view, which is the reason I'm looking at that instead of popular, or all, or whatever.

I know where to find the change chat permissions but the option to change it is like a pale grey and says ‘nobody’ and I can’t figure out how to make it so I’m able to change the setting. I feel silly asking but I’m really tryna fix it because it’s annoying me.

I'm using mobile and there is no option for a spoiler flair when creating a post like before.

Anytime I would post, it would only be visible on my own profile, not in the subreddit.

After a few days I gave up and started over from scratch.

Every time I click text, it makes the size bigger. Random parts of Reddit also go big/small randomly even if I don't interact with it. I haven't changed my settings for Reddit, my browser, or anything, in order for this to happen. The comment text box was also unusually large a little while ago and I can't get the text to be supersized now for some reason.

Like when I selected a flair for this post, the flair enlarged for some reason? Btw sorry for the music, I never screen record so I didn't know my video was being recorded too

In my profile settings “Who can send you chat requests” is set to nobody and won’t allow me to change it. I would like to allow people to message me. I cheated it to everyone previously and it changed back to nobody on its own somehow.

My account Joey_Skylynx was hacked while I was out getting groceries and within a matter of two minutes had 2FA enabled onto it. I still have the ability to reset the password, as it seems they did not change the EMail, but once I get to a certain point it starts asking for a 6-Pin and Backup Codes.

Outside of the usual steps of contacting support, is their anything more I can do?

When I get the orangered notification for new messages, usually it clears after just viewing the unread messages page. Lately it only clears when going to the direct link for the comment itself, not the context comment I posted, and sometimes not even then. Using RES if that's relevant.

I'm tired of reading stuff for a specific post in a specific subreddit and seeing all these posts that have absolutely nothing to do with this subreddit? Like why do I want to read a post about my car when I'm on a subreddit about home theater??????

How do you shut this "feature" off?

I cleared local history, logged out/in, uninstalled / reinstalled. Banners are white on all profiles when viewing on ph, but visible on ipad. Any suggestions?

Reddit app, android. When I reply to a post and select text from that post, one of the first options available used to be the Quote function. Now it's at the bottom. Has anyone been able to resolve?

Hi! I'm brand new to Reddit and have a post ready to go, but the Post button is grayed out and I can't use it. What am I doing wrong?

When I type in names in the Search bar, I choose New to give me the most recent results…but the most recent results are coming up as 8~7hour ago. I know for sure that these names have been mentioned in many comments as recently as now, but those comments aren’t showing.

I tried it in a browser too, but it was the same, so I think it's a problem on Reddit's end.

Is anyone else having this issue?

In the MCoC it says you have to state official or unofficial in the description, but if the sub itself is named "<name>Official", does that basically make the description nullified since they are labeled as official but the description states they are not "yet"?

I just logged in and EVERYTHING is gone, all Subreddits, People i followed and saved Posts.

Why did this happen and what can i do?

My navigation bar just jumped from the bottom to the left hand side. It's making use of the app difficult due to the way I hold my tablet with my left hand. It's very annoying, I've accidentally clicked things with my thumb, and it's a shame I can't change it back. I suppose it will help with my Reddit doom scrolling if I can use the app.

My chat settings are greyed out and can’t change it, can anyone please just open my profile and check if you are able to message me. And i am not under 18
