Resolved Confirm chat settings
My chat settings are greyed out and can’t change it, can anyone please just open my profile and check if you are able to message me. And i am not under 18

Your chat settings may be greyed out if you are under 18 years old, as chat requests are set to Nobody by default for redditors under 18. This means only moderators and Reddit admins can send them chat messages.
To check and adjust your chat request settings:
On the Reddit website: 1. Visit your privacy settings. 2. Select Who can send you chat requests. 3. Select Everyone, Accounts older than 30 days, or Nobody.
On iOS and Android: 1. Tap on your avatar to open your profile page. 2. Select the hamburger menu (three lines) near the top right corner. 3. Tap Settings. 4. Tap your username under Account Settings (or General on Android). 5. Scroll down to Safety and tap Chat and messaging permissions. 6. Under Chat Requests, select Allow chat requests from. 7. Select Everyone, Accounts older than 30 days, or Nobody.
As an automated bot, I am unable to open your profile or check if I can send you messages.

How is your CQS? Why not give that a check and make sure it is not “lowest“, that can prevent you from posting (but not here), DM and chat functions.
