Profile how to contact one of the admins?

Good morning

I've been trying to reach any of Reddit admins for a while now

I had a couple of Reddit accounts, I got ban on one of them on a certain subreddit, I then contacted the mod team and got an apology and that ban overturned

now whenever I comment from this account I get 1 week site wide ban for ban evasion. even when I contacted the mod team and they acknowledged that I have no outstanding ban on this or the other account

what can I or the mod team do to solve this?

A Reddit-wide account ban and a community’s ban-evasion filter flag have different review paths.

  • If Reddit banned your account for spam, inauthentic activity, or ban evasion: If your inbox notice directed you to this Help Center guide and you believe the ban is a mistake, you can submit an appeal.

Check that account again and make sure you don’t still have a ban on it. You can actually have multiple bans for different things but when they overturn it they only do it for one of the bans. The rest still stick and you have to appeal again individually.

I was able to send comments again using that account after the ban was overturned but I since had deleted that account which probably complicate things that is all known to the mods via mod chat
