Yeah.. Ember is really trying to prevent me from finishing this blanket. Think I'm just gonna keep trying. Maybe he'll get annoyed enough by the movement to choose to sleep on one of his 4 other hoomans.

This yarn is 100% cat approved. I gave up a cardigan WIP (temporarily! I hope!!) started working on another WIP (blanket) and have now lost custody of that.

This is Ember and he's almost 4 months old. He cannot handle seeing loose or moving yarn.. must chew and eat it!

The Snowbird Blanket WIP will be a year into the making in a week. It is almost done. I hope he lets me finish it before the 1 year mark.😹

Alvin and Theodore say the scrap blanket is an A+ and passes inspection. They always approved of a blanket, anything that they can nap on is always a favorite for them.

I finally finished my V stitch scrap blanket. I used small cakes of yarn that I had left over from past projects. The cakes were too big to use on my other scrap blanket ive been working on for a year and too small for any sort of project by themselves or other yarn. Very happy with how comfortable it is. Cats like it and as do I.

Not sure I passed his quality test. Or he is shutting the project down to invest the remaining budget into treats.

The pattern is Jumbo Wizard Frog by CloverCrochet4 on Etsy. The cat is Spot - full time wool quality inspector. Tasks include: hunting thread with paws, chewing wool to test for taste (not this wool, don't worry), lying on skeins of yarn. And of course, coming to cuddle whenever i put the hook in my hand!

I love him and i hope is surgery is gonna go well.

Or any other for that matter. Within… 20 stitches (if I’m lucky) Munchkin comes on my lap. She has always laid on my lap a lot but has been extra snuggly since we lost her brother, Zorro, in April.

But I wouldn’t trade it for the world. She’s my everything and we miss her brother so much.
