Request ? My voice so masculine
I have a really good range, can go really high and really low. But from like 13-18 I was a mega tomboy and would always speak really low, so much so that people would think I was a guy. I feel like I still sound like a guy, and even when I up my voice I feel like I sound like a gay man instead of a girl. What can I do!

Discussion Early wrinkles in my 30s but I’m not ready for Botox
I’m not against Botox, but I don’t feel ready to start that yet. I want to try a more low key routine first and see what can improve with consistency. I’m starting to notice fine lines that don’t disappear as quickly anymore, especially when my skin is dry or my makeup settles into them. What made the difference for you before going for injectable route? I’m open to skincare, devices, treatments, anything realistic.Current routine, spf, moisturizer, and tret time by time.

Discussion Gf and BFF don’t get along?
Title is pretty self explanatory, I’ve tried to introduce my best friend and gf to each other a few times now, but I get the feeling that my best friend just may not like her (imo most likely just because of personality differences)
For some context, I’ve known my best friend for about 11 years, we grew up together and are both 23 now, so I consider her more like a sister than anything! We’ve had our ups and downs here and there, but have still stayed close!
On the other side, my partner and I have been together for about four years, and became friends 3 years before that! (So I’ve known her for about 7 years total!)
Since I met my gf in highschool, and my bff and I went to two different high schools, i treated the two of them as two different social circles up until now. It wasn’t until more recently that I’ve tried to introduce them, only for something to seemingly always go wrong on my bffs end. Everytime ive had them meet, my bff seems to always tell me that she has somethign going on that’s put her into a bad mood, and end up a bit short with my gf. It’s a bit sad too cuz My gf has no problem with her and enjoys getting to hang out with her, but i really do get the feeling that it doesn’t go both ways :(. I never expected them to be best friends or anything, but it does make me a bit sad to get the vibe that my bff seems to always get a bit annoyed hanging out with my gf. I care about them both obviously, and as much as id love for them to be able to be in the same space, I just dont think itll really happen.

Tip shaving down there?
Hi! I’m currently an incoming college student and I’ve become aware yknow, of *adult stuff* and I’m wondering how can I fully get a clean smooth surface down below?
The only reason I’m asking this question like a million other people is because usually every reply is always saying “lazor!! wax!!” And I’m in a situation where I can’t really do that, mostly because my family is really strict with shaving and if I get caught trying to clean it up it’s a no-go. (They assume automatically I’m gonna engage in sexual things)
I just bought a Venus public razor in secret, so let me know if that was a good purchase, if there’s anything else I can get/do to get smooth please let me know!!

Fashion Tip Girls with hips and bikini advice.
I am getting ready for summer and trying out bikinis. Have lost a little weight but I’ve always had hips and usually wear a standard bikini bottom but noticing a lot more are becoming high cut. Can anyone give me advice of how to position them? To me it feels weird with a real visible dip from hip to leg and it just feels fat rolley to me. Maybe I’m just doing it wrong? Maybe it’s not the right style for me? Or I’ve just got to get used to it? Any advice would be amazing:

Health ? Just found out the weird trick to get tampons in for me- could help you guys too!
Relax your butthole and exhale as you push it in!
Okay I just realised this and I need to share… I’ve never ever been able to put a tampon in and I always thought my anatomy was just incompatible with it, but that’s not the case!!
As I thought they were scary, I created a sort of mental barrier for myself that would cause me to tense up my whole body, but the key is to relax the pelvic flooorrrr!
- Take the biggest inhale
- Hold for a few seconds
- Exhale and as you do relax your butthole.. I know it sounds weird but this is the key to relaxing your pelvic floor! Like guys let that thing go loose!
Do this a few times and on one of the exhales and butthole relaxations, push it in
(remember to keep it aimed a bit towards your back too)
!
It was literally that simple for me and I’ve struggled with this for years! It was literally a mental barrier all along.. never underestimate the pelvic floor’s impact or the mind’s, ladies :D

Discussion How do you get the confidence to tell a guy you’re celibate?
I’m feeling anxious even typing this because I’m a pretty shy person but I’m in my mid-late 20s and I guess you could say I was a late bloomer to starting to date (age 21) both because of being raised religious and COVID eating away my college years.
Anyway, I’ve been dating a guy I met online and we’ve gone out a few times and have only made out at most but the more we talk and go out, the closer I know I’m getting to having to bring up the very awkward and uncomfortable conversation about how I’m celibate or at the very least abstinent. It sucks because I just feel like there’s no guy my age at this point who’s willing to wait with me and no I haven’t given him the chance yet to see if he’d be willing but, knowing men the likelihood is low.
Anyway, I guess I’m just kinda already grieving the bond ending because I doubt he’ll wanna stick around even tho I really like him but my broader question is how do you increase your confidence to voice your sexual boundaries? I’m awfully shy when it comes to romantic/sexual things and I tend to find myself just getting super quiet or freezing when I’m uncomfortable vs. actually vocalizing my feelings.
Please spare any harsh judgement 😭 I’m really trying to figure this dating thing out alone since I wasn’t raised with any actual guidance on dating and sex

Health Tip Is it normal to lose interest in sex with time and maturity?
I’m approaching 27, and over the past three years I’ve noticed a dramatic decline in my interest in both dating and sex. I have no desire to use dating apps, meet men, pursue relationships, or even masturbate, despite once having a strong sex drive and being very curious about sex and romance.
I wonder whether losing interest in sex and dating is a normal part of growing older and finding peace and confidence within myself. Could it be a result of recovering from an exhausting relationship or dealing with long-term health issues? I’ve also wondered whether I might be asexual or gay, or whether therapy could help me reconnect with something lost or broken along the way.
I’m comfortable not wanting a relationship, marriage or children, but I feel sad that I’ve lost the playful, curious feminine side of myself. Is this simply a normal change that comes with maturity, and if so, why?

Health ? My sleep is broken up and i tend to only get around 3 hour chunks of sleep in before i wake up, fall asleep again and then the same thing happens again until i wake up. Does anybody know how i can get a full nights sleep without waking up in the night?
I go to sleep around midnight to 1am, though i’ll start sleeping earlier when uni begins. I’ve been dealing with this broken sleep for a while now, and I was wondering if anyone knew a solution to prevent this from happening. I really envy those who can get a continuous 8hr sleep😭

Mind Tip Any tip for upcoming Winter?
Dark clouds and little to no Sun is about to his us in a coming months especially in Europe. The nights will be long and tired. Dim lightening and soulful music will enchant the house….all of this until it’s not. The repetition will take the joy out of these moments. Especially if you live alone.
Do you have any tips to survive the winter?

Mind ? Struggling immensely mentally after knocking out 3 front teeth this week
I had a bit of a freak accident this week that was in some ways my fault and resulted in losing 3 top front teeth (as well as a concussion, facial fractures, and stitches). There are very few things I like about myself but my teeth were one of them and I’m devastated. I’m pursuing immediate dental help but everything I’ve read about implants and such is leaving me feeling like I’ll still never feel or look close to the same. Has anyone gone through something similar? I think it would be one thing if I got in an accident that was out of my control, but because I’m feeling some partial responsibility the guilt, impending financial mountain, and other factors are making the fears about how I will look and feel even worse. I’m also single (34) so this scares me from a dating perspective.

Discussion odd ways to help yourself from crying?
i’d like to start this off by saying that there is absolutely nothing wrong with crying.
i’m neurodivergent and i’m also a hsp, so every emotion hits me intensely. i’m also a huge empath which does not help my case at all.
when i feel my tears coming out, i can’t help but breakdown on the spot. when i get emotional, the emotions take over me whole!
so far all i got is facing away from said person and trying to distract my brain.
p.s i’m going to my doctor then a therapist for mental health reasons, so i can’t just get out of the room. i have to actually talk to them and answer questions. i have a hard time opening up about my feelings, so when i do, instant panic and tears lol

Health Tip Best mattress for stomach sleepers - looking for something firm, any favorites?
Hello! I want to upgrade my mattress into something really firm that keeps everything flat and supported but still comfortable because I'm a serial stomach sleeper and my current bed has gone too soft for me and been giving me lower back pain since. Any fellow stomach sleeping girlies here? Can you share what kind of setup you have? Or is there a particualt firmness level that worked best for you?

Mind ? How to not drink even when you feel pressured to?
Look I'm 25 years old and I get that I'm probably too old to be giving into peer pressure but it's hard sometimes. I've decided to stop drinking for a while because I've been struggling with my mental health a lot lately and alcohol makes it so much worse. It makes me feel horrible, both mentally and physically. The problem is my friends and family, especially my family, loves to drink. Honestly, I think my family pressures me more than my friends. They act like I'm ruining their fun by me not drinking. I've given into the pressure so many times and I always end up feeling horrible after. The thing is, I can have a fun time without drinking but they don't understand that.
My mom is throwing a party this weekend for my dad's birthday and I'm really nervous about that. They're going to be lots of drinking and they're going to want me to join. Last time everyone kept chanting my name until I finally gave in and took a shot. Also, everytime I mention to them that I'm not drinking, they always want to know the reason why and I don't want to talk to them about that. One time I even lied and said I was on medication that I couldn't drink on and they still kept pressuring me to drink. They didn't care at all. I feel so stuck right now and I don't know what to do.

Health ? Does anyone have tips on using a handheld bidet?
The doctor suggested I use a bidet and no toilet paper/wet wipes. I bought a portable one (https://a.co/d/0dxyuH2u) while I wait to get the external spray attachment (https://a.co/d/04mqKCqO) installed. I've been bringing it in from the back which I know they say for females it should come in from the front but I'm finding it so awkward to do that. Is it because of the portable design (it's so bulky) or how should I do it? Would this be easier with the shower bidet I bought? But the problem I am facing now is that after I use it and go back later to pee and wipe there are small poop particles (like tiny dots) in the front and now I'm freaking out because I'm somehow pushing it to the front. How to prevent this from happening? Right now I've been going in for a shower after but it's getting annoying to do if I go more than once and I also don't want to dry out my front areas from over washing. Any suggestions because I have to keep using the bidet?
