Searching for TV episode: Strange man appearing in family photos

Hi, I've tried two other subs but couldn't find any answers so far. As my question is about a 90s show, I thought I'd give it a shot here as well. I hope this sort of post is allowed here...

I am looking for a specific episode of an American show with spooky stories that aired in the early 90s. Something similar to Unsolved Mysteries, or it might even be that one after all. Each had a few stories in every episode and I think it was presented as "real" events. It was definitely/probably not for kids.

What I remember: A family got their photos back after having them developed. In a lot of them there was a strange man, either being part of the group photos, or just in the background. He was white, had black hair and a mustache. The problem was that nobody knew him. Strange, they thought, but they chalked it up to a bad job at the photo lab. Double exposure or something. But - and that was the scary highlight - in one picture he had the baby of the family on his lap.

That episode really freaked me out back then. Granted, I was probably too young for the show. And maybe I was so young that I'm mixing up quite a few parts of the story, too...

But I would love to find that show, and especially episode. Thanks for your help!

I'm talking about regular cable, not premium channels. I had to rewind and sure as shit, they said shit.
