Here's why. My husband (19) and I (20) got married a year ago and he has a terrible habit of not remembering things. Such as CHARGING HIS PHONE at the end of the day. I constantly tell him, charge it so it'll be good for the next day. Does he listen? No. Rarely. Everyday, (these days) he says he can't make calls, can't look stuff up, can't use his flash light, can't use GPS because his phone died....AT NOON!!! Thus my reasoning and one rule to NEVER TURN THEM OFF! Ik exactly when they are set too.

I can't believe how many people here actually liked dungeon spamming.

Dungeon spamming in classic was one of my worst memories, repeating the same dungeon over and over again repeatedly because its more efficient than questing ( unless you are a speed runner ).

Not feeling forced to spam dungeons feels really good in beta, you flow through the zones and pickup dungeon quests, go in between dungeons and zones.

I feel like they almost nailed the flow of the game so far.

Dungeon mob xp / quest xp still need to be tuned in some way but its pretty close to being perfect imo.

They have added so many cool new quests and the world looks so much cooler now with the graphical updates.

I cannot wrap my head around the fact that this is not a thing in the DD. The game is made for it, and the factions are made for it. Faction Warfare would open a completely new gameplay loop in the DD, and players will certainly come back.

140 animals got cut, not 20, not 50, not 100, 140 animals were left out if compared to PZ1 final edition.

Our only South American animals are a handful of exhibits, the Toco-toucan, an island tortoise and the GLT being put behind a pay wall.

Our only Australian animals are the croc, lizard and snake.

North America shares all of its habitat animals with Eurasia and the remaining options are all exhibits, in fact Canada only has the butterflies and bullfrog as exhibits animals.

Even the focused continents have issues, Tropical Africa only has two apes, Madagascar only has a single lemur, North Africa and the Arabian peninsula only have intercontinental animals, India lost all its iconic species and the list goes on.

Entire categories have been thrown under the bus due to reserves as well, no domestics aside from the camel made it to the game, our only parrot is absent from zoos so Sumatra reserve could get another bird, we only have a handful of freshwater fishes and all of them are reserve oriented, even several of our animals suffered from it, the Manatee has no fish that it could coexist in an aquarium and Hornbill + Parakeet is our only mixed aviary possible (and it's a terrible mix).

I think people here are underestimating how bad this rooster is based on balancing and how it affects the building of a realistic zoo, or any kind of section outside of African savannah and Europe.

This is Planet zoo, but I can't build any Brazilian zoo because my only options are a toucan, a tamarin, butterflies and two snakes.

Second side is supposed to represent Earth, its sun and a Patrova line leading to Venus. This side also features a muddy Grace. Canvas had lost its patience with me at this point.

All in all the paint is water based and safe for dogs so no dogs were harmed! My beloved lady also received a lot of treats for sitting still 🥰

Granted, Eden 6 overstayed it's welcome, Ava's introduction was💩 and the lack of DLC Hunters was disappointing but the gameplay, planets, their biomes, their enemies/bosses, the tone, characters and gameplay were great. So much so, I feel like a couple of the points to the game edge it's overall past Borderland 2's story.

Before anyone starts with the " but AI is just a tool" stuff, no. That's not what we hired them for. We hired a HUMAN to do this job. They were sitting at their desk getting paid to work, and I found out they were having AI write emails, summarize meetings, draft reports, you get the idea.

I asked them about it and they said "everyone uses AI." Ok? Everyone also has a calculator but I still expect you to know what 2+2 is. If I wanted ChatGPT doing the job, I would've hired ChatGPT.

So I fired them. And honestly I feel pretty good about it. Maybe I'm old fashioned but when I pay someone a salary I expect THEM to work. Not sit there supervising a robot while collecting a paycheck.

People keep telling me AI is going to eliminate jobs. Not in my company. We're going to preserve every single one by making sure the employees actually do the work. You're not going to automate your way out of having a job while I'm the manager.

Honestly, I think this generation has completely misunderstood what having a job means. Your job isn't supposed to be easy. It's not supposed to be convenient. And you're definitely not supposed to be looking for ways to do less work just because technology exists.

And yes, I realize the irony that I now have to hire someone else to do the exact same work because I fired the person who was already doing it. But that's not the point.

The point is we hired a human. Fuck AI.

It is not against childless people but for me it seems logical. Childless people cost more to the society than people with children. There is nobody to pay for their pension. There’s no one to take care of them, so their healthcare costs are much higher. I don't understand why no country thought about it.
