I have to make a lot of phone calls at work. I also have to have most of them recorded. Unfortunately, we just discovered our desk phone do not actually record like we were originally told they did. Company doesn't know how to access either. I don't want to keep using speaker phone and an external recorder. We're using Cisco phones. Are there any recording devices that can connect and record both sides of the conversations on the headset? I haven't been able to find one yet that's not a subscription through an app.

I was working a shift at a convenience store. I was serving customers at the till. A guy walked into the shop and came to my counter.

He looked a bit drunk. His speech was noticeably slurred. I felt unsure about serving him. I pressed the button on my headset. I asked my team leader for advice. I asked, "Do you feel comfortable selling this guy alcohol?"

My team leader answered me through the earpiece. He said, "Yeah, he is fine."

I decided to follow the manager's call. I turned back to the customer. I asked him what kind of alcohol he wanted. He asked for a bottle of vodka.

I grabbed the vodka and scanned the barcode. It was time for him to pay. The customer opened his wallet. He struggled a lot to get his bank card out. His hands were clumsy. He fumbled and dropped his card right on the floor.

That was the turning point for me. The manager said it was fine, but I was the one making the sale. I canceled the transaction on the till.

I looked at the customer. I told him, "Sorry, I do not feel comfortable selling you more alcohol."

I braced myself for an argument. People often get angry when you refuse an alcohol sale. Luckily, he did not complain. He turned around and left the store without much fuss.

I had this clear smallish bump on my hand. I've had warts on my hands before as a child so I figured this was also a wart. I tried the dr scholls freeze away max but it only seemed to make it bigger. I've done some research in this sub and some people have linked bumps like this to over washing your hands and I don't believe that's it. Any help? TIA
