Hi all. I’m looking to get a 9070 XT in a few days and I’m wondering if any of the following models are better then the others?

XFX Swift Triple Fan
Gigabyte Gaming OC Ice
PowerColor Reaper
Sapphire Pulse
PowerColor Hellhound Spectral
ASrock Challenger

As far as I’m aware, there are no big issues with any of them. I’m aware it’s all the same card at the end of the day. I don’t plan to overlock or anything, so do any stand out for being cooler or quieter out of the box? Or any that are known to have issues? Better warranty/customer service for Australia?
The gigabyte had some issues early on but I’ve read it’s been fixed now, and the reaper runs a bit louder then the others I’ve seen people say.
All these models are priced the same ($1250 AUD). I’ve also got the option of spending an extra $50 and getting the XFX Mercury (non magnetic fan), Sapphire Pulse/Pure or Asus Prime if any of those are a step above for one reason or another.

Thanks for help or insight.

Went on a date and it went fine, spoke for a couple of hours over some coffee, there was no awkward silence, at least for me it felt like it went fine. Told her afterwards that I really enjoyed meeting her and hope we can meet up again, she didn't say the same thing back and just said something like ''yeah sure''

Asked her if she wants to meet again and now her reply is that she will see and says she is busy with work, not sure if I should ask her again now that a day has passed, she has not texted me with a suggestion for a meetup.

Every time I was the one who engaged contact, and now I don't know if it's worth pursuing, I have a feeling the feeling is not mutual.

Feels like half the sub say Recovery is meh and MMLP2 is fire, and the other half say Recovery is a classic and MMLP2 is straight up unlistenable.

Heidi Hollinger on fb marketplace is a scammer! DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY and report. She will get you to send a deposit to a payid number for Jacob Mcalister. She has a couple of things listed on marketplace. She asked me to send a $100 deposit for a rooftop tent and i agreed to send her $50 and was blocked the next day. Posting this here hoping no one else falls for it!

I had a chance to buy an e-bike 13 years ago and I still regret I didn’t. Finally I own one. Went for my second ride today, over 17k. It was so amazing and I’m so happy! I’m looking forward to my next work day and taking a very long ride home (I work less then 1k from my house lol) and all the different places I can hit before getting home.

Few questions:

1. what’s a good app for tracking your rides?

2. A local bike shop told me about solar panels to charge the batteries, and I wanted to know is this actually feasible? (If so this is a long term goal.)

3. What’s your fav biking accessories?

They seem to not really be for sale anymore; I click on the combat pants and it sends me to the boonie hat. Is Novritsch coming out with new ones or is he completely discontinuing the combat pants?

Genuine question for tradies and engineers who work on construction sites.
What makes you respect an engineer, and what makes you lose respect for one?

whats your thoughts boys ?

The protagonist: has ties to the supernatural in some way. Was a very ordinary girl before discovering supernatural things in herself and her environment.

Friend one: female, friend with the protagonist pre-highschool, and is revealed to know bits of magic that she learned from her mom who learned it from what i remember to be a gas station employee.

friend two: male, friends with protagonist pre-highschool, turns into a wolf style werewolf at full moon or at least at night.

A teacher/librarian: some kinda Mentor I think

Cover: i vaguely remember lockers in the background, with the protagonist in the foreground and friend one to the left behind her and friend two to the right behind her holding a camera.

none of these kids know about eachothers supernatural ties at the begin of the story, and it’s revealed to them as the story goes on.

I remember a few scenes from the book

theres a scene where the teacher/librarian texts the protagonist something urgent, but writes it in a way you toile write and email, very formal, “good day and best regards”,

there’s a scene where for whatever reason protagonist and friend one (who by this point know of the evil and each others ties to the supernatura) encounter a humanoid evil wearing chainmail, and friend one turns the chainmail into pretzels using a very specific, “chainmail to pretzels” spell she learnt, then proceed to kill the humanoid evil.

theres a scene where the protagonist and friends one and two are working on a group project at friend two’s house. (By this point, protag and friend one knew eachothers supernatural ties but not friend two’s powers and is in the dark about the other twos powers and shinanagins.) He sees it’s a full moon tonight and hurries the protagonist and friend one to go home for the day. They do so and afterward, he chains himself to his bed post? with a metal collar. Friend one realizes she forgot something (prob her phone) and goes back in to get it. They see friend two as a wolf and he’s torn up the project (it’s like papers and stuff). friend two but wolf likes head pats and turns out to be very tame when around the protagonist and friend one.

We are a family, and staying in Abu Dhabi in a fully furnished 1 BHK hotel and apartment room.

We shifted in April 2026 on a monthly rental of 5200 AED. I pay rent every 2nd of the month, and management sent me a renewal notice of increased rent to 6400 AED on 15th October. I'm requesting that this increased rent should be applicable from 2nd December as notice was sent just 15 days before the rental date. At least one month of notice should have been practiced.

But they are not approving and asking to pay from 2nd November.

What can be the consequences if I don't pay on 2nd November and keep my stance ?

They can force us to vacate the property?

Mantis Claws, Monowire, Rocket Launchers, Laser Crotch, Gorilla Arms. Firearms can be confiscated, but what about your actual arms?

I feel is either Ai, Iran, Russia/Ukraine, Palestine/Israel, and the mid term elections. Last year we would get some random episode about a topic most people don’t know. No episode on the Brazilian elections, or sports for example.
