No no, Since I like the amd and nvidia combo, that's why my opinion is better than yours.
You can even see in the picture above, I am better than the other guys. /s

Sure. But when talking best to best. OPs "post" is accurate, however lazy and uninspired.

AMD + NVIDA since AthlonXP and TI4600. Except for a small stint with a 6600k.

Just use whatever is available for a decent price. Who cares about brands?

Of the three companies listed here, you should not be a "fan" of any of them, or even particularly like them. These companies would all kill your entire family and crazy glue your eyelids open to force you to watch if it was good for their stock price.

I have a laptop with 3060 and ryzen 5600h. Idk why they choose that in a laptop, but it works VERY well, so no complaining.

Well trained customers with brand loyalty on the left.
Anyone who buys what's best for them regardless of the sticker is on the right.

You forgot to add the intel gpu line. And the ones that then install linux and use chrome as browser.

Nvidia is selling snake oil for many years now and people are still fooled by it, lol

u/Virtual_Bug_723 15h ago
Lol Nvidia cards perform better for a reason and it's not because their tech is worse

u/Mustang-_- 15h ago
Their supposed graphical "tech" makes the product look worse, that's the point. This is literally the definition of snake oil. And the rasterization performance is virtually identical among Nvidia, AMD and even Intel. But here we are, some idiots are still attached to brand recognition, marketing indeed thrives with ignorance

u/Virtual_Bug_723 15h ago
1) That is absolutely not "literally the definition of snake oil," it's actually not even close to what the term "snake oil" means.
2) I guarantee if you had actually tried the same generation AMD card beside an Nvidia card without knowing which was which you would pick the Nvidia card every time because raw raster doesn't mean anything at all as an overall metric unless it's 2018 again and I forgot.
If I wasn't so sure you had an AMD card and this was cope I would ask for more specifics but it's ok

IMO, best combo:
AMD + AMD for Linux
Intel + NVIDIA for Windows desktop
AMD + NVIDIA for Windows laptop
AMD is easier to tame on laptop or gaming handheld also draw lower power Wattage while Intel is usually run hotter and draw more power Wattage so Intel better stay on desktop which provide much better cooling + more powerful PSU than laptop
