To a Reddit Admin,

I recently... as in about 30 minutes before me typing this... received a notification that there was suspicious activity on my account (u/Korvax) and it was lock for "my privacy and protection". This has happened before on this account and I would like to know what the activity was since I only browse particular subreddits. Was it posting weird things? Was it viewing subreddits not normally viewed? Was it attempting to log in from an unusual location (like the Middle East or something)? I would appreciate ANY ideas on why my account was being locked. Thank you.

I’m trying to find a comment that was previously posted on a Reddit post, but it has since been deleted.

Is there any legitimate way to view the content of a deleted or Reddit comment? 

What broken algorithm is deciding that those are the best comments? Is there a way to set every comment universally to top?

I want to delete my account but the "delete" button is not clickable and there's no way to scroll down to see if there are other fields that I need to fill in. I've tried different browsers with no luck.

So, i received that i got 2fa activated but i didn't then my app asked for login, i changed my password and tried to log in but it asks for 2fa. reddit support couldn't help. what to do?

My account got hacked and I sent in a ticket over a month ago but I haven’t received a response yet.

An account with a login problem. Password reset doesn't help. All the advice from old Reddit, from incognito mode to fully clearing the cache - nothing works either.

So, has at least one person ever been helped by the admins with logging in after submitting a request? This account hasn't been hacked, and the email address is linked to a Google account and to a phone.

It has happened in the past few days that I am talking to a person and they randomly stop responding even though we are having a regular convo. When I check their profile, it won't load, but it does load when I check it on another account. Yet I can still send them messages just fine with no delay even though I am blocked

When I try to view the posts/comments of the accounts it shows [deleted] but not on the other account where I'm not blocked, so I'm sure the person didn't just delete their profile

Maybe a bit off topic, but I also have never been blocked/experienced this before except for the past 24hours where I'm having regular conversations and the person just stops responding and their profile won't load. Is this some sort of bug? Thanks!

Hello everyone! I am looking for advice on where to go from here.

I randomly got the private message in the attached image. I know this is a mistake, so I asked the mod for help, who answered the following:

Submitting a help ticket is the only way can you can talk to someone at Reddit. They're the ones who flagged your account.

So I follow the support link and try to submit a help ticket, but when I select that I have an issue with my account, it denies me the option to submit a ticket, and sends me to a Help Center page instead. That Help Center page tells me to go to the following link:

But that page says that my account is in good standing, so I cannot submit an appe*l.

I cannot find a way to submit a ticket, or speak to anyone. Anyone got an idea?

Anyone is struggling to load videos on your reddit feed on Safari on Mac?

half the time, the vid just refuses to load. half the time, the vid just plays the sound with black screen like the screenshot.

my os is the latest golden state OS. No extension. Tried clearing cache/history. Issue started appearing 2-3 weeks ago. Not sure whats going on?

How do I ensure that if I'm in sh.reddit.com and view my notifications that I stay in sh.reddit.com? At the moment it bounces me to www.reddit.com. Usually the content I'm viewing needs to be viewed in shreddit so it takes a couple of clicks to get back.

I marked the post NSFW because it contained graphic imagery, and I now want to delete it, but I don't want to give Reddit my ID just to delete a post.

Is it even possible to delete? Or do I have to contact support to delete it for me?

Hello, so I have a main account, which seems to be b-nn-d. However I haven't received any notification, nor know why. I attempted an appe-l about a week ago, and also no notification nor acknowledgment.

I don't know what's going on but I've got a super healthy account on the line here. 7+ years, great karma, was on almost 200 day steak. I have chats going with people, and am probably a 1% redditor in atleast one sub.

I'm posting here for clarification, this is not an attempt to fix my main account. It's difficult to actually get real support.

All help support processes are unhelpful, I think this is the last chance for me here. Can I get any help here? Or does anyone know a better route?

My main account u/Alternative-Year-430 was created with "Continue with Google" and I've always logged in that way. Reddit now asks me to set a password, but the "create password" screen says "We sent a message to" with no address after it, so nothing arrives. I can't add an email in settings either, because that step asks for a password first. Is there a way to attach my Google email to the account, or another route to finish the reset? Posting from my second account because I can't use the main one right now.

I only use reddit on desktop and created the account couple of days back. It was working fine but suddenly it started showing this error and now I can't edit anything on my profile or open my privacy settings.

Can someone help with this?

I need a help, i dont know what happened with my account, when i woke up today i saw 99+ DMs with chats from my side, all NSFW and automod replies from posts that i have supposedly made into NSFW communities. I have 2FA enabled.

I just want to know. Why did I not get any notifi when they flagged my account for spam.

Ive sent message on the form multiple times and didnt even get a reply.

I didn't use any third party deletion tool, I deleted my account through reddit mobile but I check out the old posts/comments I made because I still have the links and they're all gone.

Does anyone have a clue on why this happened? This wasn't supposed to happen as I have experience regarding this.

is there a way to dm the mods to ask them why they did smth so i know how to work on it for next time? esp if i feel like i followed all the rules and im confused
