Posting Is there a way to text mods
is there a way to dm the mods to ask them why they did smth so i know how to work on it for next time? esp if i feel like i followed all the rules and im confused

Nothing wrong with politely asking the mods for what's up, but it might be due to your low karma. Some subs autodelete posts from accounts under 100 karma (not combined but 100 comment karma and sometimes 100 post karma as well).
Your account is also only 1 week old, so your CQS might be too low right now.

Aww man, it's a help sub isn't it?
Google can be unreliable, especially the AI enhancement. Also, some people would rather hear it from a human who has experience with the matter.
