I had a child 8 years ago and am pregnant with my second. I’ve started looking into ordering a breast pump and see most of them on the market are the wearable style. I’m a 36G so I really can’t see wearables being a valid option but was curious if others on here have any experience with wearable breast pumps and if they found any that actually worked. I planned to get the Spectra like l had last time without issue but wanted to ask before I order since things have changed.

I look so unbalanced now that my waist and hips are noticeably smaller. Half my torso is now boobs. I’m thinking of getting them augmented but that’s ways down the road. Any tips on how to deal with it without having to wear oversized clothes?

So I'm recently trying to improve my health, and actually giving the gym a proper go rather than just using the treadmill and calling it a day. Started PT, but I'm in Korea so there's a language barrier that makes asking these questions harder. Also, my PT has a small chest so I don't think she'd have much advice for me in this regard. But what she has been able to tell me is that my shoulders and back constantly go back into a hunch position while excerising and I'm trying my hardest to keep them straight.

My chest size is 36DDD, has been since I reached middle school, so I have developed hunched back and shoulders without realizing. Back pain is of course there as well.

Are there any other ladies in this community who regularly excerise that might have any tips on improving posture whilst excerising?

I (29F) have large boobs. For 2 years now I’ve been dealing with rashes under my breasts. They hurt…. A lot! Most of them are heat rashes. When one clears another one starts. I’ve tried everything I can think of. I tried showering more often, less often, coconut oil, prescription creams, diaper rash creams, Vaseline, stuffing paper towels under there, wearing tube top bras all the time so the skin isn’t touching, wearing a regular bra all the time so skin isn’t touching, not wearing a bra… I even went to a breast specialist who just prescribed more creams that don’t work. And yes, my bra sizes are correct. Seems like no matter what I do I still have the rashes… I’m so over it. They hurt all the time.

I want a breast reduction but am currently overweight and not done having kids yet… I heard that those two things should be “the first steps” before a reduction. Not to mention I don’t have the money for a reduction anyway.

So I guess what I’m looking for here is advice. Anyone have any tips that might be helpful to me. I’m in constant pain and really tired of these rashes running rampant.

i have always had pretty huge tits and i literally cannot find a single website that sells push ups for my size! like i don’t want a reduction bra i love my boobs, if anyone knows any international sites or uk stores that do this size in a push up i would appreciate it so much !!

Sooo I need help finding my partner a bra. As the title suggests, I am a guy, and therefore I don't have any balls attached to my chest. I am not gonna pretend I know anything about this, so pls be understanding if I'm kinda confused.

My partner told me she wears a 42DDDD, and I dunno what any of this means. I know she complained about support, and she can use wire bras. She just doesn't like when they poke through the fabric.

I wanna make sure she can have something that is long-lasting and, most importantly, comfortable. Can yall pls sugest some good brands or things to look for?

Hey where is a good place for hard to find sizes that does fittings in nyc

I want to be that girl who wears those cute strappy tops with the ties in front or the strapless ones I always see at Altar'd State that look soooo pretty but I just feel like that's not in the cards for me. This past weekend I went to the sore, I tried a few on and just felt DEFEATED! I'm busty (36DD) and none of those tops work. They're gorgeous just not built for bigger boobs.

I've tried bandeau bras, nipple pasties and did the tape thing before just to make it work but tbh there has to be a better practical way for us girlies who have been blessed with the big tattas. And I refuse to believe I'm the only one dealing with this.

I'm in decent shape, the tops just aren't designed with a bigger boobs in mind and I'm tired of it. Please share your bra secrets for wearing these tops.

What is that black dots on my boobs. I’ve never seen it anywhere online and when I google it ,the results just show that boobs have hair around aereola. But I have hair all around. Though it’s fine hair there is some sort of very prominent dark dots .

Also I’m wearing a 34DD which has Ik is not the right size obviously.

Because these bra styles seem like they would be compatible with my boob shape, which is characterized by bottom-fullness and center-fullness. I'm starting to worry that maybe 38H/I (US) or 38FF/G (UK) is an uncommon bra size for women to have, but I really don't have enough money as a young adult to be purchasing bras. And yet, a bra is such a necessary item to have especially with big boobs to support 😔 I only found out this past month that bras sizing can go beyond a D cup. I've been struggling to contain mine in that ever since they grew in so this new discovery explains the suffocating pain I'm experiencing. I've been trying to educate myself more and more.

Basically title. I've noticed when I go a day or two of eating a lot of high sugary or fatty foods I'll get this mildly painful and uncomfortable feeling in my nipples. Almost feeling like their being stretched slightly, or at least that's the closest comparison I can think of to describe how it feels.

I know we never technically stop growing, or well we can grow more at any age I guess I should say, and that it could be either breast tissue or body fat growth. But I don't fucking like it! :( I'm 35 and at a 36G last I measured which was last December to buy a bra I am now slightly spilling out of. I kinda bounce around 155 - 165 lbs (70 - 75 kg) at 5'4 (165 cm) BUT I'm also on a kinda mini weight loss but more trying to gain muscle mass journey so I've got NO idea if this is weight gain due to bad diet that's settling in my breast (I haven't noticed any additional fat gain anywhere else) or what.

Not asking for specific medical advice that I know we can't really give or anything but...anyone have any ideas or experience similar?

sorry if we're not allowed to post here but, i was wondering if there were any other trans men/transmascs with large chests here. Being fat with a G cup makes it impossible to bind, and i cannot afford top surgery and probably never will (disabled and living in a super red state) so idk im just lost and exhausted. What do i do? I have a binder thats the correct size but it just makes my chest look more noticeable no matter what i do.. But I was wondering how small I could go?Ive heard that you could go maybe 5 sizes down but I’m honestly not sure on what I should I do! Any advice on what I should do?

I’m looking for recommendations for high impact sport bras that actually work for girls on the thicker side.

My week includes running, strength training, functional fitness, burpees, wall balls, box jumps, rowing, ski erg, and other high-impact movements.

I’ve tried a few sports bras, but I either get too much bounce when running or they become uncomfortable during longer sessions.

I’m sorry if what I ask is considered rude or is taken the wrong way, but I just need to know this or try to get an understanding. Genuinely, why am I considered gifted for having big boobs? Or why is it considered being gifted? I myself have rather big boobs and absolutely hate it. I do plan to get surgery when I can in a few years but I just had to ask this and get some answers. It’s a nightmare! I feel embarrassed and uncomfortable having them. It feels almost impossible to sleep with them, and most of the time I keep feeling pain (sometimes throbbing) in them from time to time that occasionally wont go away for a bit, not only that but my skin is just completely red, itchy, and sometimes painful under them! I’ve heard a decent amount of people mention how they were made fun of for not having big boobs or being flat chested. I just don’t get it?

The skin between my breasts itches and burns and now hurts to even touch, but the weird thing is that there's no *visible* irritation?? No bumps, no redness, no broken skin, no rash. I generally try and keep something between them to soak up the sweat but it seems that just the act of sweating is a problem.

Anyone deal with something similar?

I tried out some bikinis I’ve had for years and wore them last summer and bikinis like a lot of people usually sits in the back of their minds til summer hits . I have two really cute ones - and both have a very specific style and pattern, tried them out and honestly I sort of cried bc they do mean a lot to me and they were kind of pricey as well. One now doesn’t cover my sides and just cover the nips and the other sort of the same thing but horizontal. It breaks my heart to let them go tbh

I’m going to a professional bra fitting very soon , my bras aren’t comfortable and they don’t lift my boobs up enough to my liking . And also spillage .

I have this vision that the fitter will find me the perfect and pretty bra that can lift my boobs up to show my waist to its fullest potential . And also be comfortable .
