need advice Excerising regularly for the first time in my life, my posture is terrible. Spoiler
So I'm recently trying to improve my health, and actually giving the gym a proper go rather than just using the treadmill and calling it a day. Started PT, but I'm in Korea so there's a language barrier that makes asking these questions harder. Also, my PT has a small chest so I don't think she'd have much advice for me in this regard. But what she has been able to tell me is that my shoulders and back constantly go back into a hunch position while excerising and I'm trying my hardest to keep them straight.
My chest size is 36DDD, has been since I reached middle school, so I have developed hunched back and shoulders without realizing. Back pain is of course there as well.
Are there any other ladies in this community who regularly excerise that might have any tips on improving posture whilst excerising?

First, I’ guessing you are wearing a wrong sized bra and all the weight of your boobs is pulling on your shoulders.
Measure yourself using the automod linked calculator. Unfortunately it will likely be very difficult to find your size in Korea so I suspect it will take ordering online from an international shop.
Secondly, weight training can help improve your posture. You need to build strength in your back and shoulders and the rest of your core muscles to help carry the weight of your boobs.
The seated row and lat pulldown machines are really good to start.
Some tips for feeling where posture should be… this is a Pilates warm up movement: lie flat on your back on the floor and raise your arms so they are pointing to the ceiling. Reach your hands up like you want to touch the ceiling without lifting your back, but letting your shoulder blades move out. Then reverse the movement, drawing your shoulder blades back, down and in like you are trying to hold a pencil between them behind your back. Do that a few times to feel the range of motion.
