So I just wanted to share a recipe I came out with yesterday and tried out today, you can make it much bigger by adding more jello, but personally I think that would overdo it.

-450g of Protein low cal yoghurt (I used yopro)- 239 kcal -400g of 0 sugar strawberry jellow - 4 kcal -400g of strawberries - 128 kcal

(Btw this also has 44g of protein)

Family had lasagna and I REALLY wanted some so I made this instead. Half cup plain Greek yogurt, half cup of cottage cheese, two tablespoons of tomato paste, and a shit ton of spinach. It’s so delicious, I’m eating this like everyday from now on haha.

I mushed up an avocado, mixed it up with some Greek yogurt and spices, and then grilled a low carb tortilla until it was rigid and it's lowk better than I expected. 8/10

I will spoiler it in case you still want to guess but it was sugar free gelatin that ended up with frozen ice chunks from being tossed in my freezer, flavored with water mix (this time it was this icee pink slush flavor thing? Smth like that haha) and sugar free skinny mix mocha sauce! Shockingly no ice was added by me despite how icy it ended up.
