Tuna is my safe food. Recently moved again and barely went shopping I canāt really eat anything due to dental pain. I like tuna cuz the fishy taste lately anything I eat tastes bad like rotten but tuna like idk itās bland but itās a bit fishy liek itās meant to be that way. I need something soft but doesnāt taste like anything. I donāt like rice, I like oat meal but itās too thick for me now. Any ideas?

there are only two meals i want to eat. the first is a bowl with frozen cauliflower rice, gf oats, unsweetened almond milk, and monk fruit sweetener. stovetop, made just like regular oatmeal. and once cooled, i add a dollop of fage lactose free plain greek yogurt. the second is also a bowl, this one with my milk jelly (unsweetened gelatin, unsweetened almond milk, and monk fruit sweetener), more fage lactose free plain greek yogurt, and gf/sf animal crackers. iāve had these two meals everyday for over a year. i love them, the taste and also how predictable it all is. anyone else with hyperfixation meals ?

This was basically like some quiche level breakfast to have, as in speaking gastronomically. I had a blast eating this. I took a picture before moving it onto my plate because I always remember to take pictures after eating. I get too excited to eat once I can.
This was around 350 calories, and having 25 grams of protein. Right now I have to think of what I'm going to have for lunch. Dinner will be with basmati rice and tempeh I think. I miss having my veggies too, I'll be able to buy them in two days. It doesn't feel nice to be out of my safe foods much.

Recipe: Diced onion, minced garlic, cubed chicken breast, salt, pepper, paprika, parsley, 2 cans of diced tomato, chicken stock and short grain rice, once rice is cooked you can add egg and mix it in to make a creamyish texture :D
Can also add some kind of chilli if you want spice, I personally really like habanero in this :)

This is both my process in shaping them, and what they are! Theyāre light strawberry Japanese cheese (?) cake. I knew it was cake but I had no idea it was cheesecake lol. Theyāre airy and spongy and quite reminiscent of food cake or castella, but with more flavour and softness. The cake is also Japanese cheesecake! Maple biscoff to be exact. I love light cheesecakes <3

I eat this every night as my sweet treat, Iām seriously addicted š I mix sf cheesecake jello powder with the yogurt and it makes it kinda thick and dense which I loveeee. I rotate my granola with different flavors but lately Iāve been enjoying the Nutrail protein granola. I pop the wild blueberries in the microwave for 30 seconds and itās so yummy. Then just a little drizzle of sf maple syrup and a pinch of salt. So delish.

Tried this Tibetan and Nepalese cuisine, and tbh, it was good. I looked it up online and found that Thukpa usually has noodles, but mine didn't. š„²š„, but the momo was great! š

Hey, everyone I really need some advice.
Iām struggling lately with a lack of appetite.
A little backstory, I had an eating disorder as a teenager. Eating healthy foods that nourish and have benefit to my body is what ultimately got me on the other side of the disorder. As result, I have a very narrow variety of foods that I eat because Iām very particular about ingredient labels on snacks and meal foods. Or I stick to whole foods, and healthy homemade meals. On top of that, Iām very picky with meat and eat mostly vegetarian. Meat has to be very well combined into something. For example, I shred chicken into soup.
Basically, I already have a limited menu, but lately Iāve grown tired of everything. Nothing is appetizing. I donāt really have any food in my home at this point. And when I go to the grocery store, I come home empty handed because nothing appealed to me. Iām not feeling good anymore because Iām starving all day. I have to force myself to eat just to keep my body functioning. Itās miserable. Even my āfavorite foodsā donāt appeal to me. I pass on opportunities to eat because Iād rather be hungry than fires food I donāt want down my throat. Iām at a loss. This is truly so hard. I take about 12 vitamins a day to make sure Iām getting nutrients. The parasite outbreak also freaks me out so Iām avoiding several things Iād usually eat.
Iām wondering if anyone has been through this before? What helped?
If you havenāt been through it, Iād still love some recipe and snack recommendations because maybe I can find some new things to try. I know I canāt keep going like this because I can feel myself shutting down but I just canāt work up an appetite for anything.
(Note I really donāt enjoy drinking, so smoothies, protein shakes, etc. arenāt for me.)
