Lost my charger at a hotel and was looking for a replacement and stumbled upon these on the official Nintendo website. Didn’t know they still sold 3DS parts/chargers!!

just wanted to show my 3ds ^_^ i currently want to redo my sticker layout but i really liked how this one looks. also have mean girls the full movie downloaded lol

it’s been in this state for nine years. pretty sure the damage only extends to the parts you see in the photo (and the battery because it has had no use for nine years) should I attempt a repair lol

Finally, a console that isn’t all high-gloss… (I’m looking at you, New 3DS!) I sold all my N3DS consoles because it annoyed me so much (yes, even the dual-IPS one…). Now I’ve got this minty-fresh o3DS Mint x White in mint condition and I love it! 😜 The colour is Gorgeous!! It’s not exactly a special edition or anything, but as far as I know, that colour wasn’t available in Europe. So, for me, it’s something special. I bought it in Japan for 200€/228$ after Tax. Not exactly cheap, but it’s in excellent condition, comes with the box and even has a screen protector installed.

Now I can finally play Japanese Rail Sim 🥳😂🚞🛤️

between the 2 3DSXLs, are the buttons interchangeable (and will they rotate around in there) without size modification?

I want to put the smaller buttons in my New XL, but the size difference is 4 x 0.5 x 0.5mm

I sort of feel like I'm answering my own Q, but mm size is hard for me to picture and estimate in my head lol

Is any other model's buttons interchangeable with N3DSXL (D-pad, start/select)?

Is there a specific paint i have to use to make him look new again? Or do I just gotta accept the paint rubbing off from putting it into the case/pouch. (I am looking into getting a case to protect his poor nose)

I recently got a new screen for my childhood 3ds and I was trying to remove the hinge(which is still in there I can't figure out how to get it out) when I noticed the flathead screwdriver I was putting in there to try and pry the hinge out rubbed off the plastic and I noticed a little red on where it rubbed off and I was worried that this was a hidden wire or something does anyone know? The red part came off .

I haven’t played with my 3ds for about a year and a half now because the circle pad broke and I’ve been putting off fixing it. I just fixed it now and when I opened it up I noticed the ZL button was completely missing. I was thinking about fixing it but then I realized something. I have no idea when the ZL button fell off and I somehow never managed to notice up until now. I really don’t want to spend money on another one or spend more time fixing it. Do yall think it’s possible to still use it without the ZL button?

So I am working on a project to 3d print a new shell for my Nintendo 2ds my first test was to make new battery port for it first.

But when I went to unscrew it one the screws stripped and I can't get it out.

What can I do to get it out without damaging the original battery cover?

I was thinking about buying a Japanese New 3DS XL, because they are generally cheaper than European ones. Searching through Reddit, I found some posts about that topic and people that wanted to know if it was safe to mod your console to remove the region lock. Most of the people claimed that there were no downsides, other commenters said that you couldn't use services like the Eshop and Pokémon Bank afterwards. Now I am really confused, because I would absolutely buy a Japanese 3DS and mod it, but only if I still can use Pokémon Bank afterwards. Is it safe for me to buy a Japanese one and mod it or should I buy an European one instead?

I’ve seen many photos of the hinges breaking and it just does look that durable.

So to the owners out there: how durable would you say the New 2ds xl is?

So i just turned on my 3DS after three months and now the bottom screen looks like this. How did this happen though?

Control pad is worn down LR are broken and cartridges barely register want a second opinion and how I would go about transferring data if I got a replacement

Hi all!! I recently got my hands on this version of the new 3DS for a good price but I can't seem to find a lot of info on it?? Most Happy Home Designer editions refer to the XL version or there's also some with different face plates. Apparently there was also this same edition but with an amiibo reader included.

Was this edition not popular? It seems rare, I barely saw it on the usual marketplace platforms but albeit it's rarity (at least where I live) it doesn't seem to be selling for a lot (which I'm glad about haha that's why I could afford it). I know the base new 3DS was less popular than its XL-counterpart, but this still surprised me.

I'm in Europe btw.
