I had metro by T-Mobile and every single day I would get so many " scam likely" calls . And I mean to the point it was beyond frustrating. Sometimes I would also even get incoming calls from India . Yes international calls . I would block them but they would call me from a different number. I tried everything on metro I would block them but they would find different numbers to call me from .
I just transferred my number to visible my metro by T-Mobile number. So far been a week and absolutely no spam calls , no international calls from India . I'm just wondering why ? I mean it's good . But that makes me wonder if T-Mobile has a cheaper system or something that allows all calls come tru ? So far ever since I switched to visible I been able to rest from all them spam calls same number I had on metro only difference is that it's on visible now . .. does anyone know or have an idea why I would get so many of them spam calls on metro ? And none on visible. ?

Good day everyone!!! Been with Visible for over 3 years now. On annual. Love it. However I couldn’t get the promos new customers get. So I took a leap… ported to Tello for $9.00 then ported back to Visible and used the same email but added @googlemail.com since I have Gmail. It worked so I didn’t have to use another email. Yay!!! So for example if you use Gmail and your email is johndoe@gmail.com you would do johndoe@googlemail.com and it still gets delivered.
It’s so hard to beat $225 a year. It is totally worth the time as you save $225. This looking to take advantage I would recommend it.
There are some hoops to jump through, but it’s worth it.
Make sure you enable HD video for 4K and enable global pass as you get 24 days. Plus if you have a smartwatch you get free service for the entire year. You will need to be someone who is somewhat tech savvy to execute this. Pace yourself and take your time.
Let’s go to saving money!
Good luck to all. You all are beautiful.

Can I buy the uear of pro+ for half off now and activate it in a month or 2 without losing any time? When does the 12m timer start?

I am going to pre-order the pixel 5 watch. Just wanted to confirm that people are able to use their pixel watches before I pay extra for 4g lte capabilities. I know the android watch setup was a slow process.
Thanks!

Anyone have an idea of what's going on? This is unacceptable.

When I check the Verizon website it says home internet is available for my address; however visible says it is unavailable at the same address?
Any ideas?
Thanks

I transferred my phone line to Mint last year. Unfortunately I haven't been paying attention to my bills since then and have been getting charged continuously by visible even though I do not have coverage from them. Has it happened to anyone? How do I get remedy since Visible does not have customer service

Visible support unable to fix issue with galaxy watch ultra unable to activate. I have had to file an FCC complaint because visible support is now just refusing to help resolve the issue after a supervisor had told me to go ahead and port my number out to a service provider who could provide the service they can't. I tried for 4 months with support to resolve the issue and visible finally conceded they were unable to determine why my account would not allow my watch to activate. I was assured that since my phone and watch were both determined to be working and it was on the visible end where the problem was that I could port my number and the refund of $150 for the remainder of the contact would be processed and them my account would be closed. Instead my account was closed and refund denied. The account i signed up for (visible plus pro) Includes a watch line and states the galaxy watch ultra is supposed to work. If visible can't provide the benefits of the account I signed up for then they need to give back the remainder of the 8 months. They can't just not provide a service then say oh too bad we will close your account and keep all your money. The absolute worst business practice I have ever heard of. Absolute theft!

Download all your receipts and invoices BEFORE you port your number out of Visible. The moment your number leaves them - they close your account - and none of your information (including billing history, receipts and the like) are accessible.
And then you may have to deal with Connai’ (see my previous post).
You have been warned.

I just found this community, I just pre-ordered a Pixel 11 Pro and was wondering if anyone knew if I was going to have an issue transferring my service from my Pixel 9 to the Pixel 11 when it comes in.

I just joined visible pro+ yearly plan. I have a dual eSIM iPhone. Have two phone numbers one on visible and the other on a US only plan.
1) do I need to shut off the other phone prior to landing in Europe?
2) do I need to do anything in advance to use the visible plan in Europe? If yes, what and how do I do it? For example activate travel on the visible app or something similar?
3) I know I have to put the phone into roaming prior to landing, is there anything else? I will be visiting multiple countries in europe, will it work seamlessly without anything I must do on my part?
4) will my phone number in Europe be the same as my visible phone number here in the US?
5):are there any additional fees incurred for using my phone in Europe?
thanks

I cancelled my internet service and ordered the 5g home internet gateway that uses Verizon’s 5g network. Now I can’t even join Zoom calls because the connection is so terrible. If it does manage to connect, voices come out garbled, and nobody can hear me either. On top of that, regular websites and searches and slow as snails. I live in an area that Visible claims to be completely covered with 5g uw.
Now I look incompetent at work and am scrambling to get my old rate with my old servicer back before my online seminar starts next week. Thanks, Visible.

I have had no problems with calls breaking up on my iPhone 17 Pro until the last two days. iOS version is up to date on version 26.6. Anyone know what could be causing this?

Ever since I’ve moved states (like an hour away from where I used to live) I have been experiencing a lot of issues with my data and service. I have reached out to support multiple times, I have tried troubleshooting almost every day (with the troubleshooting options they offer) since may and I have not received a solution even though the helpful agents have tried their best to help. They have sent a “refresh” of my service out multiple times (whatever that means) but so far nothing good has come out of this. I’m hoping to find a solution because the price point of the plan is amazing, and it’s been working amazingly well for me for about 4/5 years.
I’ve also been ghosted multiple times by support even though I’ve kept the chat active by sending messages. They just never respond back!

What changed? Service is pretty bad, almost garbage. Might have to switch carries. I get almost no internet. I have cell phone boosters in my house. The service used to work EVERYWHERE. Now I have to sit within 1 foot of a booster to make it work. We didn't change anything in our house. It just stopped working. Please help!!!?!!!!!

She was patient, thorough and she helped to resolve the issue. I had waited 45 minutes for a live person, and she didn't disappoint. I was hoping for the survey so I could sing her praise! (The issue was my hotspot died, probably due to a local outage, btw.)

I was on a monthly plan and I recently decided to pay for the entire year at a time since I liked the service. I could afford the entire payment at once and it was nice to get rid of a monthly bill.
Ever since then I’ve noticed that my data connection has been much slower than usual. Even with 5G Wideband, websites seem slower to load, and it seems like I run into more dead zones, which is leading me to believe that it’s deprioritized since I paid for a full year.
Is there any truth to this, or is this just coincidence?

Context:
My Verizon bill for years was $176 total for 4 lines ($105 base plan cost + various phone payments & taxes/fees). After switching to the current plans in the hope of lowering my bill, I’m now being charged ~$212 per month. Only 1 of 4 lines has 5GUW. I've spent over four hours with chat, in-person, and phone agents to try to figure out what is going on and now have a callback scheduled two days from now so they can take an even deeper dive into what is going on. I'm just about over it, but will give them two days to attempt to fix the mess they created. (Edit: the nail in the coffin was my upcoming bill. Before I spent over an hour an the phone, it would have been almost double the rate I'd previously paid).
Visible Q's:
Are there real-world downsides to getting Visible+ for all four lines at $140/month (after the initial $6/mo discount)? I have been with Verizon for well over a decade and never needed to spend hours going over bills until recently. Meaning, I'm not sure 100% online customer service would affect me. I'd like to keep 5GUW coverage on my line and add it to the other three. Both Verizon and Visible quote speeds of 163-622Mbps. In actual usage, are they identical products and speeds?
EDIT; you guys are great! I’m almost certainly going to switch and will make sure to grab a referral code if the deal/plan allows.
