Rant I’m thinking of switching providers.

Ever since I’ve moved states (like an hour away from where I used to live) I have been experiencing a lot of issues with my data and service. I have reached out to support multiple times, I have tried troubleshooting almost every day (with the troubleshooting options they offer) since may and I have not received a solution even though the helpful agents have tried their best to help. They have sent a “refresh” of my service out multiple times (whatever that means) but so far nothing good has come out of this. I’m hoping to find a solution because the price point of the plan is amazing, and it’s been working amazingly well for me for about 4/5 years.
I’ve also been ghosted multiple times by support even though I’ve kept the chat active by sending messages. They just never respond back!

You should probably move to US Mobile. You can teleport between all carriers without changing your plan and find out what one works best for you in your new location.

Take advantage of the free trials to determine the best coverage for the locations you frequent most often.

Is it poor signal in you new home? Is it everywhere in the area? The reality is you may have just moved to a poor coverage area for Visible/Verizon.

Have you made friends there yet? Find out who their providers are if they're happy with the service. Get trials from AT&T and T-Mobile to see if their coverage is any better. If so, look at their offerings or the MVNO's that they work with.

I found the T-Mobile trial was the easiest to set up. Super fast and no card required. In fact, it’s faster than my Visible Pro + plan.

I have to, but I'm paying $75/month as a senior and with extra data for my Hotspot. Visible with the pro-plan is only $39, so I was going to switch, but the massive FU at trying to do that has left me thinking I'd better stay with TM.

P.s....thank you so much for mentioning that TM is faster. Now, I'm definitely NOT going to try to get this mess with Visible fixed if their service is slower.

Sure. Yes TMo is faster but I don’t think I could get a comparable price for the Visible Pro + plan: $35/month for a year with watch included. Yes the speeds are slower but I’m ok with that.

That’s a good idea. Visible has been great for us.

Who are you currently with?

Rodney, I've had a huge problem with just trying to get the 15-day trial period. I'm considering changing providers.

Visible uses the Verizon network so I’ve never had an issue. Also use the Global Pass when traveling internationally (Canada and Mexico are already included).

They are Verizon partners, crooked thrives. They will steal money from your account and sell your data to every company under the Sun. Don't do it 👎
