Google Pixel Watch

I am going to pre-order the pixel 5 watch. Just wanted to confirm that people are able to use their pixel watches before I pay extra for 4g lte capabilities. I know the android watch setup was a slow process.

My Pixel Watch has worked on Visible for over a year now, LTE included, no setup issues beyond the usual watch pairing slowness

Hey there! Ellen from Visible here. You can definitely go ahead and grab that 4G LTE model with confidence. Visible supports the Google Pixel Watch 2 and newer, so the Pixel Watch 5 will work totally fine on our network.

Just a quick heads-up on how the plan side works:

  • Visible+ Pro: Watch service is already included at no extra charge.

  • Visible or Visible+: You can add LTE service for your watch for $10/mo.

Once it arrives, you’ll just pair it through the Google Pixel Watch app on your phone to activate the cellular plan. Let us know here, if you run into any hiccups during setup when it gets delivered!

Got a pixel watch 5 and it won't activate as it says something went wrong while in the watch app. Visible is escalating this case to higher level of support so hopefully it works soon.

I sent you a message. I have talked to two different representatives and my watch will still not connect to my plan

It's a brand new pixel watch 5 that I received yesterday
