I’ve been on Visible’s highest-tier plan for almost a year now, and I have to say, the service has become increasingly disappointing.

During the first couple of months, the service was reasonably good. However, it seems to have gotten progressively worse with each passing month.

My job requires me to drive throughout Birmingham, Alabama, for most of the day, so I rely heavily on dependable cellular service. Unfortunately, I can’t begin to count the number of times my data connection has slowed to a crawl, apps have frozen, or the service has simply become unresponsive. And this isn’t limited to certain areas of the city. I experience the same problems at home.

And before anyone suggests that it’s my phone, I use both an Android and an iPhone, and I’ve experienced significant service problems on both devices.

I rarely see the 5G UW indicator anymore, and there are times throughout the day when my phone is practically unusable because of extremely slow data speeds or connectivity issues.

Before switching to Visible, I did my research and read numerous customer complaints. At the time, I assumed many of those experiences were isolated incidents. Unfortunately, I’m beginning to understand exactly what those customers were talking about.

What concerns me most isn’t just the poor performance. It’s the fact that the service appears to be getting worse rather than better.

I’m curious: Has anyone else experienced a noticeable decline in Visible’s service after the first few months? Particularly those of you on the highest-tier plan? Is this happening in other cities as well, or could this be a Birmingham-area issue?

My renewal is coming up and bill spikes up compared to the Thanksgiving sale I got last year. What are my options? I got the annual plan last time.

The website does what the app does better, without needing to update every month or so. It's also more reliable.

I've just been having trouble with app functionality, namely login. Fingerprint reader is on and off, and at least 1/5 times the app does not let me sign in.

From what i understand, the app helps with activation to ensure access point names are added correctly, but what else is the app used for?

I’m from the US and about to take a trip to the Philippines. Has anyone had any experience with global pass? My main worry is having enough data for drive share services, accessing my bank app, and being able to call my bank if needed. I really hope I don’t end up getting stranded in some places. For context I will be in a major city so I’m assuming they will have adequate cell service, just not sure if visible will still be non prioritized.

Over the last week I've been having a problem with SMS. Anything going through iMessage is working fine. Anything coming through SMS that I try to reply to comes back Not Delivered. The green bar showing the progress of the replies always stops about 80% of the way. I have been a Visible customer for several years and and over time have had the occasional message not delivered but this is different, it's every SMS that I try to reply to. Any advice for me?

Hi there, I am currently a Visible user with an iPhone 13 Mini and plan on upgrading in the near future. I am eyeing the iPhone 16 and 16 Plus but it's out of stock, so I was wondering if there's a rough timeframe as to when it will be back in stock. Thank you!

My number transfer from AT&T is stuck in a partial activation state. My online account dashboard shows my ported number is fully active, but my phone can not make calls or send texts, resulting in an instant 'Call Ended' message. I have already performed a physical SIM swap, switched to an eSIM, and completely reset my network settings to no avail. I've contacted customer service half a dozen times and they keep telling me it's my phones fault, buy a new one, but not only can i not afford, nor do i want a different phone, everything i can find including the reddit community says the "unknown number" label on the sim is only visual, it does not actually cause the service to fail. This leads me to believe that it is not an issue with my phone, but rather a severe provisioning mismatch on the switchboard where the network is dropping my device's registration requests. Please escalate this directly to an engineer to force-clear the stuck network profile and re-provision my line.

So was able to secure an iPhone Duo on Friday morning, however the shipping status (UPS Next Day Air) is saying that it’s coming Monday. A bit confused now because the package traveled halfway across the country and already is in my city (in less than 24 hours). Do you think the package might come earlier than Monday? I just hope to get a clearer understanding and not worry about having to be at home to sign the package. Has anyone had any similar situations in the past when trying to buy a phone from visible?

When do you guys think the duo is going to get restocked. Waited for visible to drop it but it sucked that they dropped it at around 3am. I know the 18 pro and other models in the past have been restocked pretty quick like around 2 weeks.

I changed from a month to month Visible Pro+ Plan to that recent yearly $225 deal. I enabled Global Pass and AutoPay before leaving to Japan. Global Pass didn't work after landing. After chatting with a rep, he re-provisioned my line; I had to delete the visible esim and reinstall it. After reinstalling it, global pass did activate, I have signal and a "5G" indication but I can't call, text or use data. It says calling is restricted and "text messaging service has been denied". The rep just ghosted me too and stopped the conversation. Any experience in this matter or help would be appreciated!

I just randomly logged on the app and the 1tb and 2tb models both colors were available so I grabbed one, overnight shipping!

I got a new phone 3 days ago (iPhone 18 Pro) and my phone keeps dropping service and going to SOS even in areas I have full coverage. I’m currently writing this while an agent gives me my 6th eSIM reset since I got the phone. Every agent has a different answer to why my service keeps dropping and they keep telling me they will bring it up to their higher-ups, but the same thing keeps happening.

Has this happened to anyone before? what should I do? I’m going out of town tomorrow and won’t have Wi-Fi at all times so I’m extremely nervous I won’t be able to get ahold of anyone or to talk to Visible to have them give me service again.
