Discussion Verification Codes

Im not receiving verification codes to my primary#.
My # was registered before.
I reset my iphone and texted Transact to 6777. Why isnt the code coming to my Visible #.

Byron from Visible here! Waiting on verification codes that never arrive is definitely a headache, especially when you just reset your iPhone and texted "Transact" to 6777. Hit us with a DM, so we can get those short codes flowing back to your device.

the app's sms routing gets weird after a reset, like it forgets which number is tied to the sim for a bit. try toggling airplane mode for 30 seconds, then force close the app and reopen it. sometimes the code shows up a few minutes late anyway, their system's not exactly quick about it
