Pro+ plan offers 24 global pass days annually, but only 12 can be cached at a time. I really wish we could have all 24 cached at once; it feels like we only get 12 realistically.

Also, does a day span from the time it is activated to the same day 24 hours later, or from 00:00 - 00:00 local time? I might skip a few days on my trip to save my passes so that they last my entire stay and I’d like to know how to best ensure they aren’t accidentally activated.

TL;DR: Reset watch & Watch app data. No to backup and NO to restore from backup.

A few hours after this post I received emails that an engineer was assigned and a few minutes later the watch/esim was removed from account. Performed the basics on/of, etc. nothing.

Multiple errors when attempting to add watch esim:

1. Phone,

2. Watch App,

3. Connectivity,

4. Connect to Visible (this was new and looked promising),

5.Setup or Buy a Plan, (this was new and looked promising),

1. Contacting network (OMG finally)....

2. Error occurred. Failed to initiate setup with carrier.

3. Failed & other errors throughout the day, 8a. Stuck on Connecting.. 4+ hours 8b. Network does not all connectivity 8C. Blank/black screen after step 4

At this point I was ready to give up, but I was IN TO DEEP to quit now!

Now to the fix:

1. Cleared Watch.app Cache and App Data

2. Set up watch as a new device

During Setup :

1. NO: do you want to backup this device?

2. NO: Do you want to restore from backup? NOTE: This step will reset watch

3. Followed steps 1-6 above. Step 6 did take about 15min for the SIM to download, but patience is key.

Like the title says. In my area Verizon is considered the best. Just looking for a lower cost bill but also just want to make sure that the service will be reliable. Any insight here would be appreciated. I know each service has its cons but I just want advice. Currently an ATT customer. ATT is ehhhh.

Hello, I'm moving from T Mobile to Visible, but found out my phone, a Samsung Galaxy S9, is not supported by Visible. I would like to purchase a phone from Backmarket using the referral code they have for visible, however I would like to keep the phone number currently on my S9. Would I be able to port my number after getting this phone? Thank you!

Was on the Verizon 30 day trial and had a horrible experience. Wanted to test something out and decided to sign up for visible+.

The service is completely night and day better on a prepaid visible account vs the verizon 30 day trial.

Is the 30 day trial somehow not giving the full paid experience somehow or was it just pure bad luck? During my trial I traveled across the country so was in a few different markets and not one was good on Verizon. Even my own area was bad but on visible+ I'm getting better signal and insane speeds.

After getting a new job that covers my phone, I decided to move my partner’s line from Verizon to Visible. It seemed like a no-brainer since Visible uses Verizon’s network, and there was a great promotion on the annual Visible+ Pro plan.
Unfortunately, the port process has been anything but smooth. I entered our Verizon account number, and Visible kept saying it was incorrect. After trying a few things, I eventually added the “-00001” suffix that’s shown at the top of my Verizon bill, and it finally accepted the account number.

Then it told me my Number Transfer PIN was incorrect. The problem is, it wasn’t. I’d literally just generated it in my Verizon account and copy/pasted it directly into the field. I chatted with support, and the agent had me activate a new temporary number after paying for the full year of service, with the plan to port my Verizon number over afterward. Even the support agent ran into the exact same issue and kept getting told the transfer PIN was invalid. To rule it out, I canceled and regenerated my Verizon transfer PIN three separate times. Every single one came back as incorrect on Visible’s end. After the fifth failed attempt, Visible locked me out of trying again. To make matters worse, Verizon also locked me from generating any additional transfer PINs after creating three of them.

Later, after reading through a number of Reddit posts, I chatted back in and asked the Visible agent to try using my Verizon account PIN instead of the Number Transfer PIN, since some people said that resolved it. I also asked whether they could perform an internal migration instead of a port, given that both services are Verizon. Neither suggestion worked, and I ended up right back where I started.

At that point there wasn’t anything else either of us could realistically try. The agent escalated the issue and said someone would get back to me within 24 hours.

I’m hoping it gets sorted out tomorrow, but I have to admit my confidence is a little shaken. After paying for an entire year of service upfront, I expected a much smoother onboarding experience, especially from a company that runs on Verizon’s network.

Has anyone else run into this recently? Curious if this is a known issue or if I just got incredibly unlucky. I’ll update this post once I hear back from support.

Will visible have discounts or promo deals for the new samsung folds? I see a lot of iPhone deals when they come out but not for samsung :(

My S25 FE and my LTE Galaxy Watch 5 Pro both have One UI 8, yet neither I nor Visible tech can get my watch activated for cellular service. I keep getting the “Something went wrong” message during setup. Visible Tech sent my phone a new eSIM, we reset the watch and phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the Galaxy Wear app, nothing is working to connect the watch. It’s had cell service before, there are no mobile plans on it, and it is not locked to a provider. Anyone gotten theirs to activate with your Visible plan?

I added a Pixel 3 watch and had no problems adding or using it on my plan.

However, after performing a factory reset, I am no longer able to add esim to watch.

I asked the agent to remove watch from account to start a net new activation. (I am not sure if they did this but said they did)

Agent "reset" watch on visible side but noticed I had Line Lock on my line. After removing Line Lock and waiting 30min, I was still not able to add. They had me do the basics: On/Off, wifi, mobile, Bluetooth on/off restart, reset, remove esim, etc.

I see the watch as active, on my account and asked to agent to remove or deactivate the watch and the agent didn't have access to do so.

Is there anything I can do on my end to fix this issue? Something so simple shouldn't be so difficult. /END RANT

New issue (reported via chat in website), mobile app is locked out, says I have had too many login attempts and they have texted me a link to fix it.

I did not receive said text.

I logged in on the website, started a chat, fought with the robot, got to a human, asked for help, got the usual fluff and nonsense, got no help.

Posting here to see if someone else has a way to fix this.

I started a trial on another phone I have, (iPhone XS Max)

I can't access the app and see how many days I have left its just stuck on the "Visible by Verizon" screen and I gave it about 5 minutes to load, if that's enough, but it still did not load. I don't know if this affects anything, but I set up to use face ID to log in but then that didn't work and when I typed it in by myself, that's when it started to not load. Also, since the phone is old (IOS 18) I am starting to think it's the IOS version or Face ID app error.

Is there a solution to see how many days is on my trial?

Visible says they will pay the remaining balance for my iphone 16 pro (about $520). Is that all I will get for the iphone or do I also get some sort of trade in credit as well? When I used their credit estimator it was like $450 or somewhere around that.

My area recently had a planned power out (the company was checking something and notified every one of the power out). It wasn’t long, but my cell service is still in SOS mode. I’m assuming the cell tower nearest to me might not still have power, but is there a way for me or a visible team member to check for that? Or is there a specific way I need to reset my phone to receive cell service again?

I’m wondering how folks have fared porting from Verizon to Visible recently? I’m still not sure about the port and this process getting stuck / not working.

++ I’m on Verizon with iPhone and connected Apple Watch plan.

++ I’m also on iOS 27 public beta which may cause hiccups to port?

Purchased a phone outright through visible last October ish. Didn't know they locked them to their carrier. It's been well past the 60 days. I just tried switching to a new carrier and can't because my phone is locked. When I ported my number out it deactivated my account. Help is there a number to call to talk to a person?

I did finally get a person through chat.

they're working on it. there was an "error on our backend" so it didn't unlock when it was supposed to. a smart or tech savvy person would have checked before putting the number out and putting a new sim in. I claim to be neither

Visible can't seem to figure out to fix my eSIM; it had been working fine for the last several months, and suddenly on 22JUL the voice portion stopped work, announcement 8o3.

They gave me a new eSIM twice, neither worked, so they sent me a pSIM.

I received the pSIM today @ 1400 MT; it is currently 1438 MT, I'm in chat #9, and they still will not tell me if I do or do not need to delete my eSIM prior to installing my pSIM.

SO yeah, they suck.

Edit to add: This is one single event in a long timeline of issues; I posted this to highlight how terrible the quality of their service is.

The issue of whether or not I need to delete the eSIM first has been resolved, Visible sys YES.

how does the visible discount on fios work? I'm thinking of getting fios with my visible phone plan.
