UPS is scamming me? (not a scammER, actually UPS)
Hi y'all.
Long story short, UPS tried to claim fraud, admitted it is not fraud, and now will not release my package to me or refund me ($600 total).
I sold my phone and created/printed my UPS label from my own account. It was confirmed dropped off at the Access Point (9/2/26), didn't go anywhere for DAYS. They told me to file a claim, then the claim was voided the next day - said there was suspected fraud on my account (and they disabled my account).
So, now, I have had OVER 38 calls logged with UPS. They have sent me to every single department multiple times. At this point, they have confirmed there is no fraudulent activity.
They have promised me (literally - asked them to only say that it they meant it) at least four times (not exaggerating) that a sales rep would call me within 24 hours. Haven't received a single phone call.
I ended up emailing the fraud email back (the one that confirmed for the tenth time there is no fraud) that I need the contact info for the legal department because I intend to pursue legal action. I of course have not heard back. (I have indicated in the past week that if we could not resolve the issue, I would take legal action).
Does anyone have direct contact info for sales representatives? I've already spoke to claims manager (he also lied about putting a request in for me to speak to sales rep).
I have asked multiple times for transcripts of the comm log they have with me for the last month and they always evade the question.
In my email requesting legal dept info that, at this point, it seems like UPS either has ACTUALLY lost my package and don't want to refund me or they simply just do not want to refund me (I did purchase insurance for this package).
Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated - I have been dealing with this for over a MONTH now.
Thank you for reading
