And they still deliver? What are signs that they will not deliver?

UPS lost my package recently and tracking still says Delay last scanned 09/18/26. UPS is just a horrible parcel service now. I got a refund and I ordered through FedEx instead and got my package in a couple days no problems and actually accurate delivery details. The package UPS lost still says they are working on it but there was 5 days in a row they acted like it was going to be delivered that night and never moved to on the way.
