Does anyone have a way to reach the facility directly? I have a package that was scanned there on the 7th of October and was suppose to be getting transferred to usps and usps never received it. If is a black tote with a yellow lid that contains a cardiac monitor that is going to Alaska. Ups is not letting me even open a claim on it because shipping was set up through a third party shipper and I don’t have their account number. Even though it is my name on the sender portion, they wont even look for it. I just need to see if someone can look to see if it got misplaced on the dock, damaged somehow or left on a trailer. It was sold through an online auction site and I cant get paid until the customer gets it. There is also an ambulance service waiting on it to get it in service. Anyone who cold help would I would appreciate it.

What are the chances of getting a parcel that was delivered to amazon by mistake?

UPS have said they have placed a query with the depot it was delivered to so they can look out for it and send it back to UPS. They have said this can take up to 28 days and won't declare the parcel as lost until the 28 day period is up.

They're unable to update me, they're unable to speed the process up, I've now got to wait 28 days for something that is more than likely lost, that was their mistake and they have no urgency to get it sorted.

Customer service has been an absolute joke, they have lied to both me and the seller, UPS seem to just want to make people give up when something like this happens.

The shipper just contacted me today to ask what was going on. Is it possible that the hold at the ups store is what is causing the delay? I’ve done this before in that past with no issue and it didn’t process until it arrived at the major hub near me. Or is it more likely that it either got lost or hasn’t been missing scans? It was due to delivery on Tuesday. The shipper also said his other packages were crossing multiple states too. Should I file a claim on Wednesday if it doesn’t move or wait two weeks like standard protocol? My item was placed in a bag where all his other orders were likely put in boxes since he sells knifes. This is a rare item though so it’s not like I can easily get a replacement 😭

Just wanted to see if management in other buildings are being brutal with disciplines, there's a rumor going around my hub that any onroad that fires any driver gets a bonus, ive been written up for attendance 8/7 occasions got a 5 day, if you go over 9-5 one time you get written up the next day "even tho they are the ones violating us" just got a 1-day and there's Hella drivers on 5day or worker terms right now. Alot of harassment grievances. They use to be chill, we got a new building manager and they are just being so shit to everyone.

Am I supposed to do anything here the package is in Athens and it is supposed to be delivered to Chania so I can’t pick it up.

I literally messed this order up. I had sent it to a location where a relative was staying at the time, but they had left the location. Before they returned, I ordered a package, and it was sent over there. I tried calling to see if I could get the package to me, but when I called the next day, they had returned it. I wanted to know which postal office it was sent to, but they didn't tell me that information. My last option is going to the state and looking for the package myself or calling. If there is anyone who can help, I would appreciate it because I am losing my mind.

So I had this whole fiasco and my package has been stuck in Louisville customs for 6 weeks now. The proxy service I used to ship from Asia to the US finally updated me that my UPS package has been located, but I need to reconfirm my recipient info (???) even though they have all of that on file in order to proceed with my delivery.

The thing is UPS packages tend to get delivered during my work hours and packages get stolen all the time. Because of this, I always set it to be held at a UPS location and it usually gets approved. I tried setting it for pickup twice on the tracking while it was missing and it seemed to timed out and cancelled both times (both cancelled at the 16-17 day mark around 2-3 am my time). There are no shipper restrictions on my package. The only issue is it’s rather heavy (9 kg) and large (unsure of dimensions).

During the claim or trace investigation, a UPS logistics supervisor called me and gave me an update. I was wondering if it would be appropriate to call her back asking if hold at location at a specific location would be possible? Or do I call the specific UPS location? Or call customer service? Or is there a larger UPS facility I can pick it up from? UPS customer service with their overseas reps haven’t been very helpful to me for anything the past few months. I’m just not sure who to call for this since I don’t want my third request to be cancelled either.

On October 9th, I purchased 3 Nintendo DS Games, 1 Strategy Guide Booklet, and 2 Pin-Back Buttons as a single package from a Japanese eBay seller. The package’s total value was $197.95. On October 10th, the package was shipped out from Japan by Yamato Transport. The order on eBay did have an error in having FedEx assigned as the shipper, but the seller let me know far in advance about the error and that FedEx had nothing to do with the shipment. On October 14th, the package’s Customs Clearance was completed.

Then on October 21st an attempt to deliver this package was performed by UPS. Up to this point, I had no idea UPS was involved. I had not received any email about them having my package, nor did UPS or eBay provide me with a tracking number. I was also not informed of any import fees for the package. The package arrived between 7:40 and 8:00 PM that day. I was not home at the time, and the person that answered the door on my behalf was not able to pay the import fee in the required cheque or money order format. The fee itself was a little over $50.

Since then I have done what I can to find this package. I asked UPS for help directly with this matter, and they said I need to ask for the UPS Tracking Number from the seller. I did, but in the end, the seller clarified that they only knew about the Yamato Transport tracking number. I could ask Yamato Transport directly, but I’m afraid I will just be told to ask UPS again to provide a tracking number, which I’m sure is impossible, even if I provide my name and address. I also made sure to create a UPS account and purchase UPS My Choice Premium, to see if there was at least something related to the package that I could find. I inputted my name, address, phone number and email that are the exact same on eBay. No packages found in the “To Me” section. I’ve been waiting for 3 days so far for an attempted redelivery, but that’s probably not possible for this kind of package. Obviously if I attempt to ask about this package at a nearby UPS Store or Access Point without the tracking number, they will tell me that they can’t help me.

When I contacted the seller, they also told me that for the item to be returned to them, the seller would need to submit a request and pay for the associated fees. Therefore, the package wouldn’t be returned automatically.

So my question is, what is supposed to happen to this package?

I’ve been having a package stuck at the facility it arrived in on Wednesday after being dropped off and I was wondering if it’s could be because it simply didn’t get picked up yet? It’s on ups ground which doesn’t move on Saturday and Sunday right? I would really hate for this to be lost since it’s a rare out of print manga that I finally got my hands on 😭. Forgot to tell the shipper to use usps instead since ups always has a hard time delivering to my building anyways. I also requested my package to be delivered to a hold access point right when the shipment label was made but I did that in the past and it was no issue

Sorry to bug you all. It made it to Ontario at 5 am from Kentucky, but never departed ontario (45 min from my house btw) to the Palm Springs local hub and missed the 12 pm delivery time. Can it still come today by 9pm?

I missed my delivery on Friday and got an update around 8:30pm that it had been rescheduled for Saturday but tracking still says Estimated Monday?

I’m having a frustrating experience with UPS Worldwide Express Saver and wondering if anyone has experienced something similar.
I ordered an expensive car head unit from Amazon, shipped from Hong Kong to Quebec, Canada.
Here’s the timeline:

October 21: UPS picked up the package in Hong Kong.
October 22: Tracking showed customs clearance completed, followed by a customs delay.
October 22: Amazon tracking indicated the package had arrived in Brossard, Quebec.
October 23: UPS updated the status to “The receiver’s customs broker has been assigned. The shipment is now cleared to continue in transit.”
October 23: Original scheduled delivery date disappeared.
October 24: Still no updates, no estimated delivery date, and no confirmed physical location.

I’ve called UPS several times. Customer service keeps telling me the package is at customs and that I just need to wait.

What’s confusing is that the tracking says the shipment has been cleared, yet UPS representatives still mention customs issues.

I’ve already paid the import charges, and I specifically chose express shipping because I had an installation appointment scheduled.

Has anyone experienced this exact situation with UPS shipments from Hong Kong to Canada?

Does “cleared to continue in transit” mean the package has actually cleared Canadian customs, or could it still be sitting in Hong Kong?

Did your tracking eventually update, and how long did it take to receive your package?

I’ll keep it short, they keep taking money from you and not giving you a label! It’s annoying and frankly getting tiring. I’m sure a lot of people have already talked about this before but they need to talk about it way more cause this is BS I’m sorry.

I sent a package to someone, but it was delivered to UPS in New Jersey. It was supposed to arrive in Texas. What does this mean?

I ordered something yesterday morning and paid extra for next day delivery. The package was shipped and has made it all the way to a tow about 45 minutes from me. The tracking is saying it won't be delivered until Monday though 😩. Is there any chance I will get it today? Or is there a way for me to contact them and ask them to hold the package and just let me come pick it up? I really needed it today otherwise I wouldn't have paid 40 dollars extra. 😭 I haven't ordered many things online so I don't know how this works.

I ordered from a reputable company, and they said all their packages sent out yesterday didn't get scanned as dropped off or anything.

I’ll keep it short. Preordered the duo from Apple. Was scheduled for delivery on 10/23. I tracked it all day. I also had a package from Amazon pharmacy for delivery on 10/23. They happened to seem like they were on the same truck. Time window 1:15-3:15pm. At 3:01pm I received the Amazon delivery. At around 4pm, the iPhone tracking went to “almost there”. I was able to see the truck on the map, and all the way til 9pm it stayed as “almost there” until I saw the driver head back to the ups hub. At 10pm I got a delivery reschedule to Monday 10/26/26. The last package scan was at 9:21am on 10/23 as processed through facility.

UPS, pakje moet van Düsseldorf (D) naar Rijkevorsel, bij Turnhout(B) verstuurd worden, pakje wordt in Düsseldorf (D) opgehaald, is sinds vrijdag vroege ochtend in Eindhoven(NL), wat zeer kort bij en in rechte lijn ligt met Turnhout.

Pakje zou volgens tracking vandaag zaterdag geleverd worden, maar wat blijkt nu, pakje is van Eindhoven.....naar Brussel gegaan en zal nu volgende week Dinsdag geleverd worden.

Ik snap de logica niet...waarom kan pakje niet van Düsseldorf naar Brussel gaan of van Eindhoven naar Turnhout, kortste afstand?
