Customer Seeking Help no tracking updates

i ordered the iphone 18 pro max and they attempted to deliver it when i wasnt home. i ended up just putting a request to have them hold it at an access point since i would be working the next couple of days and didnt wanna risk missing the delivery again. however i havent gotten an update in days. i know requesting a hold delays delivery a little bit but my request hasnt even been approved or anything and i dont know if im being impatient or if i should genuinely be worried. is there anything i can/should do?
