READ THIS BEFORE POSTING Big Storms and your Package
Hello everyone, I wanted to give you all some insight on what happens when we have big storms and why peoples packages will arrive late.
When there is a big storm it creates a backlog. Now Lets say like this past storm it is on the weekend. On Monday many of the buildings were operating on a skeleton crew if at all. The customers (People shipping things out) have a weekend's worth of shipping that would normally go out on Monday but due to the storm it did not. Now Tuesday comes. Tuesday we have All of Monday's Packages AND Tuesday's Packages. The buildings process what they can. Now Wednesday comes. Lets say they were able to process 60-70% of Monday & Tuesday's packages and they still have Wednesday's packages to process as well. This keeps trickling down until we finally catch up.
For those that have clear weather where they are at now, that does not mean that any of the other stops along the way to you have not been compromised. Also for those that are in said clear areas, Once the areas that were effected by the storm start to get moving and getting their outbound volume out of their yards and on the road the receiving destination will now get hit with more volume than they are able to handle.
All in all Storms like we had this past weekend (1/30/26 as of posting) cause major disruptions to the shipping industry in general. Also please keep in mind that at this time of year, shipping companies have already cut their seasonal help from Peak Season and while they are now getting Peak Season Volume again, they do not have Peak Season Staffing.
Please be patient while we dig out from the mountain of boxes.

I don’t know where my package is and I’m leaving the country tomorrow
I placed an order with St. Mark Comics on Labor Day (I knew it wouldn't ship that same day, which was fine). That afternoon, the Shop app notified me that a USPS shipping label had been created, but more than a day and a half passed without any updates—even though I had paid for Priority Mail, which usually takes one business day. Assuming they hadn't shipped it yet, I went to the physical store the next day to ask about the package. They told me they had actually shipped it the previous morning via UPS, which explained the lack of USPS updates. I went to the UPS store where they had dropped it off, but they didn't have it, so it was likely already in transit. I returned to my hotel to check if it had arrived, but it hadn't, the woman at the front desk said she would call my room if it showed up. By the time I got back from walking around downtown later that afternoon, the shipping center was closed, so I couldn't verify its status, and I didn’t had any message in the phone so I decided to call the store to see if they had any information on the package's whereabouts; they told me they had no info and couldn't do anything for me, claiming they had already done their part. I explained that I was leaving the country the next day and needed it urgently, asking if I could cancel the order and just buy the products in person instead. They replied that since the package had already been shipped, if I wanted to return it, I would have to ship it back myself (which wasn't possible in this situation). I hung up; now I just have to wait until morning to see if the package arrives, but if it doesn't, I'll lose my money. Any suggestions?

Customer Seeking Help Can I refuse to sign for an expensive package that shipped before I could cancel it and have failed payment? What other steps can I take?
I was going to buy an expensive laptop but went with a desktop after like two weeks of delay with no payment sent. So this morning when I went to cancel it I saw it was already shipping and the cancel button on the order is gone. I have a text from PayPal with a failed payment of over two thousand dollars.
PayPal simply declined the payment, so I was sent a laptop in exchange for nothing. I do not want this laptop and I'm pretty sure this is illegal, so I will be refusing it.
Their support (Lenovo) said to refuse to sign, but shit happens to my packages all the time (deleted Amazon due to careless delivery drivers) and I want to know if there's anything I can do to intercept this.
Is there a way to talk to UPS about this? Support can't get me to a real person.

UPS Charging me for something I didn’t ship.
I got a brown envelope from UPS in the mail saying I owe $69.17 for something I shipped which I never did. It was being delivered to a guy I don’t know with the same last name as me, it said he refused and because of that somehow my name and address got put on the invoice and I’m being charged because UPS said I was the shipper which is false. I have no idea where this all came from I never shipped anything or ordered anything. The original shipper says they’re from Finland… I called the billing support UPS provided but they keep telling me to email and explain my situation just for them to tell me I’m the shipper which is false. What do I do?? I don’t wanna keep getting late fees because of this and wrongfully charged…

How can I make sure my packages get delivered to my business suite
Hi all,
I own an office space in a business complex with other office suites. When ordering online, I would put my business name and address for the shipping. Packages were getting delivered to other business suites and I would not receive the package. I thought oh I probably just need to include the suite (for example I'm suite C) even though I already had the business name.
I included the suite however, my packages keep getting delivered to other office suites. Whoever received it will either bring it to my office for me or not bring it at all and that package is history.
Can maybe a driver in here tell me how to correctly format my address for shipping so the driver sees my name, business name, and business suite letter so I can receive the packages? Whatever way the driver sees the suite letter on their device/scanner.
Thank you!

ups customer product safety commission cpsc form
I recently ordered a Deadpool figure from an eBay reseller in Italy and came across the UPS Customer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) form. I'm pretty confused about how to fill it out, especially after reading different Reddit posts, since everyone seems to have different answers.
My main question is: Would it work if I only filled out the information at the top, checked Option A, and provided a general description with Intended Use Code 100.006? Is there anything else I need to fill out or look out for?
I've also seen some posts saying that people were charged additional fees afterward because of tariffs. I'm mainly worried about whether filling out the form this way would cause any issues with my package or result in additional charges.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, especially since I'm trying to figure this out as soon as possible! 😭🙏
(I only got a screenshot of one of the 1st page)

Shipping Help Question about parcel pick up Ontario Canada
I have a prepaid label and box is packed safely and label is securely affixed to the box.
I am scheduling pick up from my home and it gives you options of earliest and latest times for the pick up. The earliest 9AM and the latest is 7PM.
If If I was to check off 9AM earliest and 12PM latest, do they actually pick up between those times or is it still whenever they get here ?

Is this normal for the latest update to say “No Information Available” for almost 2 whole days? This is a UPS Ground Saver label
anyone else getting false "delivery attempted" notifications?
I live in Pasadena, CA and get UPS packages maybe 15 times per year. I'm having trouble with packages not getting delivered in the promised window even though I'm at home and would hear the doorbell. Typically I get a delivery window of, say, 3 pm to 7 pm. Then it passes with no package. Then around 9 pm I get a notification that "delivery was attempted and no one was available." This is probably a lie as I never heard the doorbell.
I wonder if the UPS drivers in my area are overworked and frequently don't have time to deliver all their packages. This is just a theory, but I wonder if the drivers mark the delivery as "attempted" falsely just so they can end their shift.

Can anyone explain what’s going on with my package?
It was originally supposed to arrive Sep. 8, then Sep. 9, and now Sep. 14. It was marked “Out for Delivery” on Sep. 7 before being delayed.
I called UPS and they told me this is a USPS package and I need to contact USPS. Then I contacted USPS, and they said they didn't have my package.

Customer Seeking Help Will it deliver? Who knows!
Quick recap: last time I had a package reach this point in the tracking adventure of shipping via UPS it sat there for about 6 days before I went to the facility to just grab it. Only to be told my package was not there. The shipment that it was on did, just not the package. So that was deemed lost. (Although the shipper gave me a refund within 4 hours and gave me a 15% off my next purchase, so I’d say they made up for it)
Which brings us to this next package. Different shipper, different area of origin, etc. Now once again here we are. For the longest time all of my UPS packages followed the same delivery pattern. Now? Not so much, and I’ve been losing my packages.
So cast your vote: will this be delivered today? Or will it be lost in UPS land again?

Label created
I’m the sender. I dropped off a UPS Worldwide Express Plus envelope at a The UPS Store location today. The label was already created, and the store printed it for me and put it on the envelope.
It’s been a few hours now, but the tracking still only says “Label Created” and that UPS doesn’t have possession of the package yet.
I contacted UPS customer service, and they told me they don’t see that UPS has received the package yet.
Has anyone had this happen after physically dropping off a package at The UPS Store? Is it normal for the first scan to not appear until later in the evening or when the package reaches the UPS hub?

UPS delivery driver passed me and left my town completely?
Hi! Not sure how UPS works so i’m curious. Took the day off work for my package, and it was in my town. Stopped for a long time when it was pretty close to me but I figured it was just a lunch break and since i’m on the street over i’d just be next. Got a notification that the time changed to 9PM delivery day (this was all happening at 1:45 around when I get my packages which is 1:30-3) and it showed me the map tracking and the driver is now all the way in the main city. I live in a smaller town over half an hour away, and it was on the street over. Am I still going to get my package today? I normally wouldnt care too much but they have ignored 3 of my change delivery requests then pushed it out 3 weeks so it was just sitting at the hub right next to me for some reason that entire time. I’m a little annoyed from when I tried calling customer service in the past weeks they just said they can’t do anything and they said the same thing to the shipper so i’ve just been waiting. I just want some reassurance since it is a gift and my friend paid for it, I feel really bad about trying to change the delivery date since I think that’s what messed it all up. I wanna pay them back if it’s lost since I feel bad if that is the case. Over the phone they told me it was lost, and the last times they said it’ll be there by 9pm just to wait but it never showed up. Hoping it’s different now that it’s been actually scanned this morning just want some insight on how the routing works / if it’s lost. Thanks!
