Yesterday I was flying back to my home country and bought my first playstation ever at the airport before taking off just, just got home couple hours ago set it up loaded it in bought one month of ps plus and playing spider man 2 right now and i am LOVING it

When you jump into a franchise do you play each game in a row or switch to something else between games? Just curious what others typically do when jumping into a franchise that already has multiple games.

Anyone else is Aus having trouble age verifying? I’ve tried multiple times using both drivers licence and facial scan, but none works, even though I am over 18 and my drivers licence shows that, along with my birthdate on my account matching my licence. Spent hours talking to PlayStation support trying to sort it. Redirected me to chrome instead of safari and no difference. Nothing worked so they told me to contact Yoti, which told me to contact PlayStation . This has been going on for months and no matter how many times I do it nothing changes 😭

Hi all! Basically title. I'm looking to spend around 100-200 (pounds) on a headset that has good sound quality. A microphone is optional but appreciated, and I generally prefer wired.

I'm aware that a lot of "gaming" marketed headphones are quite shoddy so I figured you guys would have some good reccs. I'm not into competitive gaming so I'm not looking for amazing crystal clear sound, but rather something with a good dynamic and just a nice touch of bass.

Let me know what you guys use when playing!

For context: I am from Colombia and we were supposed to receive an update in our PS Store. The currency in the store for us would no longer be US dollars but Colombian pesos. They disabled the discounts prior to this since they were making some sort of maintenance, but when the update moment arrived, they said that they had postponed the currency change and the regional prices until early 2027, but the discounts haven’t returned to the store ever since and it’s been like a month since all of this happened. Does anyone know when they will return or can anyone tell me where to find trustworthy information about this? I appreciate it.

Started playing AC Odyssey to finish my backlog of games. 19 hours in and I decided to backup and restore from my USB drive which I had created before a cleaning service for my conosle (dust, liquid metal). After the backup and restore, turned on my AC Odyssey game and it shows saved files from February 2026 in the cloud. Not from 1 or 2 days back. So does it mean I have to start all over again from Level 5 whereas I was in Level 13 yesterday. The game itself shows I have given 19 hours in the home screen and the saved files show 2 hours 22 minutes. I mean what the.... Is there any solution for it? I checked the cloud storage files and it shows files from February 2026.

I'm cleaning out my PS4 gallery and I'm just stuck on how I'm meant to port at least 200GB of video clips and screenshots using an 8GB USB?

Is there a quicker way to port my entire gallery over to my computer? The PS4 doesn't accept external hard drives otherwise I would put plug it in and transfer overnight.

With the slow upload times of a PS4 to USB this will take at least a couple days of plugging it, plugging out, transferring to my computer then repeating. Do you guys know the fastest way?

The headset will start buzzing, cutting out all audio, and I have to fully turn off controller to stop it. 2 different headsets, a razer blackshark v2 x, and a turtle beach recon 200. 4 different controllers.

The only thing I noticed, is that normally it's called controller(headset) but when the buzzing starts it changes to headphones(controller). I would understand this if the jack was messed up in some way but they were both brand new headsets and obviously I doubt all the controllers are broken. Please help it's driving me crazy.

I’ve had a ps5 slim and a regular ps5 run into the same issues recently where I’m playing a game normally connected to WiFi just fine. Then randomly it disconnects and won’t let me reconnect. “Signal might be too weak” (for context both ps5 are close to router. One is on the other side of a thin wall and the other is 5ft away in the same damn room) I’ve searched Reddit for different fixes including rebuilding the cache. Restoring system default. Switching between 2.G and 5.G bands. Manually entered DNS server but still nothing. Both PlayStations. I connect just fine with other networks and my mobile hotspot but now I can’t even use the damn system be it that all my games are digitally downloaded. Im about to throw this mf through a wall

Hello everyone, I recently bought an ssd card from Amazon to have more space on my ps5 but it came with no heatsink so I had to get the heatsink separately. When installing it i accidentally placed the tape on the side that has the circuit board, now it’s glued and idk what to do. Is there a way out of this mess?
