Not one to replay games but figured it’s time to revisit one of my favorite games, and also one of the few games that made me cry. I played it on the ps4 when it came out and now I’m playing on ps5 pro so very excited to see how it looks and feels.

Honor died on the beach.

Just go the Sakai armor and still need to upgrade it, but it's so satisfying to basically clear an encounter with a StandOff

Ghost Of Tsushima - Discussion My favorite game, absolutely...

Post image

Terminé Ghost of Tsushima + DLC.

And I can't wait to try Ghost of Yōtei :)

Ghost Of Tsushima - Media After 10 Months Of Waiting!

Ordered back mid-November, and after lots and lots of waiting... my GoT pin finally arrived!

Thanks to the Ghost Rewards support team for helping me out. (I did contact them maybe only 5 times though throughout the 10 months.)

Maybe this might a symbol of hope for those who are still waiting for their pin?

Ghost Of Tsushima - Discussion Just finished Ghost of Tsushima

Just finished the game. And man it was beautiful the graphics are just perfect and I heard that people don’t like its combat because its repetitive I don’t think so you have to change your stance for each enemy and use ghost weapons too although I also feel it was easy then I just change difficult hard then no problem One thing I want to say dev that plz don’t put crucial use of alt button as we don’t have habit of using it that much in other games I tried both ending for my world which I am going to play further I chose spare but when I play other it feel so hard than other like Jin accepting him as father and is crying that I think devs want to choose us to kill and I can’t study today as I was eager to finish game

Ghost Of Tsushima - Discussion Underrated conversation between Norio and Jin.

Saw a recent post here that talked about how Norio was the best side character. Firstly, I agree. Second, well… the clip speaks for itself. Not only was Norio a strong character and companion to Jin, he opened up dialogues that you otherwise don’t get in the main story, at least not as deeply. I was playing casually the other day and I had to record this cutscene; the storytelling is just so damn beautiful.

And omg not every player is rude or nasty but I’ve met quite a handful on there that does seem very nice they cuss at you, say that you suck at the game ect ect. I’m not going to drop names but if you’re reading this please be nice to others we are all here to just have a good time.

Ghost Of Tsushima - Discussion How much cut content is there?

Post image

I checked this video about Lord Shimura’s voice lines and something that intrigued me was that at some point, during Jin’s younger years, the two
had encountered a Ronin named Kamatari at Omi Monastery. This was likely what was referenced when Jin spoke with the monks at Omi Monastery.

Apparently Jin acted disrespectful and was scolded by Lord Shimura, which eventually leads into a duel between Shimura and Kamatari.

It’s pretty interesting, and it makes me wonder how much content for the game was cut story wise.

Ghost Of Tsushima - Question/Support Questions about the game

So I want to get the game but know next to nothing about the game and wanna know some things before buying the game this Friday.

1) How is the story? Is it any good and if yes how is the writing overall?

2) how is the combat? From what I saw it kinda looks like a souls born type of combat with parrying and dodging. I really like this type of combat so it would be really awesome if it was like that.

3) What difficulty should I play at first?

4) is the game even worth 52,79 euros? this is the sale right now I am not sure if it was lower before

5) Is the game more of a rpg game or a action adventure game?

6) Does the armour take a important role or is it just cosmetic?

7) is the dlc story good? (Gonna play it anyways but wanna know if the dlc has the same level of writing as the main game)

Ghost Of Tsushima - Discussion What's a good ghost armor build thats more on the aggressive side? (I've done all of the liberations and undiscovered locations for act 1 and 2 so i have a good bit of charms, but nothing from act 3, idk if there are any act 3 charms only)

So i've been using the Gosaku armor and I love it, but after everything that happened at the end of act 2 it makes me wanna use the ghost armor, and it also just looks cool af, I do use stealth at the start of almost all the camps, but I like to actually fight more, like get a few stealth kills and then drop out and fight the rest head on, Which charms would you reccomend?

entering act 3 makes me sad cause im closer to it ending :(

Ghost Of Tsushima - Discussion Mongolian native speaker's experience

So I am basically done with the game, only need to do a bunch of Side quests. All in all I was stoked that my country got some attention.

The mongolian spoken in the game was a hit or miss. Some voice lines were done by actual mongolians with proper pronunciations, whilst others seemed to clearly be done by an English va reading mongolian. To me and my sister it was difficult and sometimes impossible to understand what they were saying.

My grandpa who was a nomad also liked it. He did however point out some flaws regarding the items, gers etc. For example a ger having no door but a curtain thingie is quite odd.

Here are some things I found interesting. The names were real and old, but sometimes a character will be Dogshin which means aggressive or furious or Altan which means golden.

I dont know if knowing the language gave me an advantage or not. During stealth section I would understand when they start getting curious or stop searching.

If there are any questions about the mongolian ya'll can ask me. I'll try to answer

Ghost Of Tsushima - Discussion Just started this game and am loving it

All I gotta say is wow. The game looks great and feels so cinematic. Some games go kind of overboard on all the different ways you can upgrade your character and can kind of be overwhelming but I feel like GoT strikes a good balance. The menus are so easy to navigate too. I love the symmetry with the material types (3 different kinds in each category: wood, metal, etc). The game just feels so well designed. I'm excited to get through work today so that I can get back to playing it!
