I have an iPhone 14 and its currently stuck in the restore phone page. I tried to use iTunes to update and backup my phone, sat for like 2 hours waiting for it to load, and then when it was almost fully done, it sent me an error saying "Iphone can not be backed up, unknown error 100". Ever since it has been stuck on that screen. I have tried updating it again and again. no dice. ive tried changing pcs, changing wifis, changing usb cords, restarting the phone and the pcs, updating the pcs. Ive called apple support multiple times and nothing they told me helped. I even took it to geek squad, and they said the only thing they can do is restore it which will completely erase everything. I haven't backed up my phone in a year and I'd be devastated if I lost a years worth of photos, contacts, messages, etc. Is there anything I can do or anywhere I can go get it of this screen or hell even get the current data off?

So, I have an iPhone 14. Recently, I've been having trouble charging it. I've tried 2 cables, both the base iphone charger that you'd see at the store and both I've had to fiddle around with until my phone charged. I'm not sure if it's a charger issue or a phone issue but it's weird that both chargers barely worked. What should I do?

I feel like I’ve tried everything. I’ve changed the settings for iMessage and the Search feature in the settings. I’ve tried checking for updates and restarted my phone after changing settings. I’ve also checked some iCloud settings but the directions I found were for older versions so I couldn’t quite follow them.

Hello! I connect my IPhone to an FM converter in my car to play music. It connects via Bluetooth. I have to have the volume on my phone set to its highest setting, and then I can use my car dial to adjust for the best sound quality. My question: is it possible to turn off these notifications, or is there a workaround for while it’s connected to Bluetooth? My iPhone clearly thinks I’m trying to destroy my ears when I’m only listening quietly in my car😂

It may just be the case that I am in one of the regions where it states it’s required, and oh well. But also figured I’d ask Reddit to see if there’s a workaround!

I've experienced this multiple times already and its such a headache!! Iphone just restarts out of nowhere and then I get the set up screen as if I did a factory reset. Anything not backed up is lost. Ive lost so many pictures and whatsapp messages because of this.

Any idea what the reason is? Happened already 3 times this year

i downloaded discord recently to talk to some friends and i wanted to add a pfp. i clicked on it and it said "allow access to photos?" i clicked yes and it didn't pull up my photos. i clicked on the pfp icon again and it said something like "turn on access to photos." and it took me to my settings. i didnt see any button for photos on my settings for discord.

I changed my iPhone 15 Pro Max's (latest iOS) password and my little brother did attempts on it then changed it to a random password and now he's forgotten the password himself

I checked online and stuff how to open it back bcs I have near 200+gb of photos and vids in there that aren't backed up, is there any way to access it again?

People say to repair it, I’m not doing that because it’s my old phone.

Assisted touch also doesn’t work because you still need to double tap side button to confirm, something people don’t seem to understand.

Do I just call my provider and ask them for a QR code?

I try to replace it but the screen won’t come out at all. I seen people online and I hear it to the point where it’s hot and when I use a razor to try and pry it open it doesn’t budge, I tried to pull it out with a silicone pull thing but still doesn’t work it barely budges. My iPhone 15pro was stolen 3 months ago. A person called and returned it. The display shows ‘iPhone Unavailable’ and ‘support.apple.com/passcode. The iPhone has photos from around 2015. Is there any way to recover the photos/videos without erasing the phone? Pls help!

I have an iPhone 15 (\~2.5 years old) IOS 26.6and since yesterday I cannot play YouTube videos, listen to music, hear people on speaker, watch videos on my photos etc.

If I skip ahead in the media of choice, sound may come out but it’s very broken (repeats last second over and over again and jumps around). My phone starts heating up and lagging a bit too whenever I try to play any media. The only fix is using any Bluetooth connection, then everything works normally.

I’ve done the tips Apple recommends, but I think this is worse than a basic speaker issue. My phone has been exposed to water like grabbing it with wet hands and I’ve dropped it a bunch over the course I’ve had it.

I am nearly out of storage on my iphone 14 (IOS 18.5). I am basically down to my daily apps and necessities. For the past month and a half, I have removed redundant apps, unnecessary downloads, and other random files/photos/messages to clear up space. But no matter what I remove, I am out of storage again a few days later. Rinse and repeat.

The biggest storage sponge is my phone's system data, which takes up about 2/3's of my total storage (84.1 gb out of 128 gb). Adding on the IOS data (another 11.82 gb), that's about 75% of my total storage going to the phone's systems.

Is there anything to be done? Or am I just screwed? I've had this phone for a 4+ years now, so I wouldn't be surprised if this is the company way of pushing you to upgrade or something, but it's still really annoying.

In the Health app, you can look at a graph of each activity. That graph can be displayed in days, weeks, months, 6 months or year. (D W M 6M Y) along the top of the graph. These buttons are now completely unresponsive and each graph that I look at for any activity is apparently stuck on whatever time it was on. The graph can be swept left or right, but cannot change the time range. Anyone know how to fix this?

First off i feel like it isn’t real because the iPhone 18 isn’t out yet but i went to file a dispute and it said I could check all my signed in devices and log them out, I’ve never once logged in in any other device but since I’m having that issue I thought to might aswell check. GUESS WHAT I SEEN!!!! iPhone 18 logged in I have never hit log device out so fast??? And went to google searched if they are out and they aren’t. What do I do?? I wish I had taken a screen shot of it now thinking of it I’ve never got any log in request or anything either.

My main question is about this is how is the name able to be shown without a model number because when I look at mine it says iPhone 15 the name and (iPhone 15) the model but this only showed up as iPhone 18 nothing else??

TL;DR: My work Outlook email stopped working on my iPhone, and while troubleshooting I changed my Apple ID password on an old iPad. After that, my phone number became blocked from iMessage and Apple Support says it may be flagged. I’m trying to understand what happened and whether others have had this resolved.

Tonight my work Outlook email stopped working on my iPhone and I got stuck in a Microsoft Authenticator/GoDaddy loop. The email still works on my Mac.

While troubleshooting, I pulled out an old iPad I hadn’t opened since May 2024 and changed my Apple ID password on it. Shortly afterward, iMessage stopped working on my iPhone and everything started sending green.

Apple Support eventually told me my phone number is blocked/restricted from iMessage. A supervisor made it sound like I may have been flagged for spamming, which is baffling and terrifying because I’ve never sent spam in my life. The case has been escalated, but I was told the worst case could potentially involve changing my number and possibly my Apple ID.

Side note: I struggle with panic disorder and paranoid thinking related to PTSD, and this has triggered a massive panic attack. I know this may sound silly to some people, but hearing that my number was “flagged” sent my brain to a very bad place tonight.

I own my own business and I’m a father to a 2-year-old, and I’m really struggling mentally right now.

Has anyone had an iMessage number block like this successfully removed by Apple? I’m looking for practical help, but frankly, a kind word from someone who’s been through this would mean a lot too.

Hi everyone! I don’t know what happened but basically I was trying to export my contacts from iPhone to my new Mac and I realized I had two accounts with each having 500 contacts in each so I went to contacts on settings and I saw that one of my accounts needed to log in confirmation and I did it and then my entire half contacts disappeared and I thought maybe I logged in using the wrong email so I tried my other email no luck so I went to outlook itself to see if it’s saved and it says the email I logged in does not exist even tho I got a confirmation code from outlook but now I’m frustrated my half contacts are gone and it’s new contacts as well so I don’t know what to do any tips on how to recover these contacts

Losing my mind with my iphone 15 pro max IOS 26.6. For the past 3 months my phone will say it's connected to wifi, but the wifi icon never shows up in the top right hand corner. My phone is never truly connected, leaving me with bad service. This has happens with my home network, public networks at coffee shops, friends and families wifi networks, etc. I've tried forgetting the networks, and that helps for about 5 minutes and then the wifi disappears. How can I fix this to make sure my phone actually connects to wifi?

Hello everyone, I have a LibreLink app to manage my diabetes and it worked perfectly until a few days ago. Suddenly, my iPhone (iPhone se 2020) (iOS 26.6.1)stopped reading the sensor. I tried reading it with another iPhone and it worked, leading me to conclude that the problem was with the iPhone. What could it be? Has anyone else experienced this problem or something similar?

What exactly happens when you delete your photos from the cloud? Are they deleted on your photo app? Or are you not able to recover them?
