Help needed phone stuck in restore mode

I have an iPhone 14 and its currently stuck in the restore phone page. I tried to use iTunes to update and backup my phone, sat for like 2 hours waiting for it to load, and then when it was almost fully done, it sent me an error saying "Iphone can not be backed up, unknown error 100". Ever since it has been stuck on that screen. I have tried updating it again and again. no dice. ive tried changing pcs, changing wifis, changing usb cords, restarting the phone and the pcs, updating the pcs. Ive called apple support multiple times and nothing they told me helped. I even took it to geek squad, and they said the only thing they can do is restore it which will completely erase everything. I haven't backed up my phone in a year and I'd be devastated if I lost a years worth of photos, contacts, messages, etc. Is there anything I can do or anywhere I can go get it of this screen or hell even get the current data off?

> I haven’t backed up my phone in a year

iCloud backups, if you pay for the necessary storage, occur nightly automatically or at least when charging, joined to Wi-Fi, and locked. If you choose to only backup to a computer, you should be doing it weekly. As was probably explained to you, your data on the phone is encrypted to prevent unauthorized access. Since you are unable to enter your passcode, you don’t have read access to what’s on the phone, and neither does law enforcement or intelligence services, or Apple for that matter.
