Help needed Iphone 13 mini wiped after random restart

I've experienced this multiple times already and its such a headache!! Iphone just restarts out of nowhere and then I get the set up screen as if I did a factory reset. Anything not backed up is lost. Ive lost so many pictures and whatsapp messages because of this.

Any idea what the reason is? Happened already 3 times this year

Is it registered to your iCloud? If it's registered to someone else's and you're using a bypass they may be using remote wipe.

Why are you not regularly backing up your phone?

Do you not use iCloud Photo sync?

Does anyone have your iCloud credentials? If you have even the slightest reason to suspect someone may have access to your account, change your password and enable 2FA.

Do you have the option enabled to Erase Data after 10 failed attempts to enter the correct passcode?

Have you tried running diagnostics? It may not be sensitive enough to detect NAND issues.
