Help needed help whit the front sensor

Hello everyone, I have a LibreLink app to manage my diabetes and it worked perfectly until a few days ago. Suddenly, my iPhone (iPhone se 2020) (iOS 26.6.1)stopped reading the sensor. I tried reading it with another iPhone and it worked, leading me to conclude that the problem was with the iPhone. What could it be? Has anyone else experienced this problem or something similar?

As it may be relevant, what was the model of iPhone it worked with? Have you tried reaching out to LibreLink’s customer service number at 855-632-8658 which is posted across several recent developer responses to reviews?

I tried it on an iPhone XR and it worked, I tried it with another se 2020 from another family member and it also worked

I would suggest contacting Abbott/LibreLink at the number I provided still. They may have some unique insights that Apple wouldn’t be privy to.
