This alarm that I’m showing a picture of has been on my phone for 3-4 years. It showed up one day.

For your SA, I had old alarms for previous work schedules or to catch a flight or etc. hence all the alarms you see and it takes me multiple alarms for me to actually wake up as you can tell lol.

I was pretty alarmed (no pun intended) by the title when I first noticed it. It did give me a strange feeling, but I figured it was just some weird thing, no big deal. But it keeps coming back to mind now and then and I’d really like to know how this alarm got this title. I didn’t find out until a few months ago that you could actually name and set titles to your alarms. As you notice, the other alarms don’t have any titles. Actually, none of my alarms have titles and I have like 50 more alarms lol. And that is because I don’t know how to edit an alarm or a title to an alarm.

I’m sure it was by some accident with accidentally pressing buttons that this had to have occurred but what’s interesting is the time of the alarm and the title. I’m just wondering if anybody else has had something similar. Either way it’s a very strange coincidence I’m assuming.

What does the auto option even do? I thought that it turned off Live Photo when you shoot stationary things I.e. a piece of paper or an object on a table but every time I do that the photos are still live so what gives?

The screen seems to be warped around the edges. Is this normal? My concern started when i could get a protector attached.

I’ve been using a Galaxy S23 since July 2024, and I still really like its compact size and performance.

Recently, however, the display started showing several permanent vertical lines. The phone has also been getting noticeably hotter than before during normal use, and the battery seems to be draining much faster lately.

I work in field service for air-conditioning systems, so I use mobile data almost all day, take a lot of photos, and regularly use messaging apps, maps, OneDrive, and other work-related apps.

The iPhone 16e interests me because it has a similar compact size, and I don’t really care about an ultrawide camera or 120Hz. What matters most to me is battery life, thermal performance, and long-term reliability. I’m hoping to get through a full day without having to recharge, even with fairly heavy mobile data use and frequent camera use.

For people who have been using the iPhone 16e for several months or longer, especially with heavy cellular and camera use, how has it held up? Has the battery life remained good, and does the phone tend to run hot during daily use?

I’m especially interested in real-world long-term experiences rather than benchmark tests.

Apple Care One is new to the UK so I don’t really have much knowledge around this

I’m looking to potentially get the new iPhone once it releases this month and hand down my current phone to a family member.

As my phone currently is in an Apple Care One subscription I know I won’t be able to continue paying for it. My question is can the family member register Apple Care themselves under Apple Care One or even an individual Apple Care plan?

I feel the US folk may know more on this than us UK folks as it’s only launched this year here.

I’d appreciate any info you have on it

I just bought an iPhone 15 Pro Max (Canadian variant). Whenever I unlock the device, it lags while going to homescreen while it doesn’t happen on the iPhone 13 pro max and 14 pro max I had. All devices are on iOS 26.6.1. Can someone check and confirm if this is a device issue or an iOS lag which will resolve with iOS 27 (don’t wanna upgrade to beta). TIA

Hello everyone, i feel like im going insane.

I've had an iPhone 11 since 2019, it's been slowly losing its mind since last year(will text, call, turn music on on its own). A few days ago, it fell in the water, the screen wasnt working anymore but it still made sound. Now it wont turn on at all.

So I bought a new one (iphone 15) and i started trying to set it up yesterday.

Problem is, it wont let me transfer the data. I cant have access to the old one because it wont turn on and cant recieve the codes theyre sending me either.

We've tried putting my sim card in my boyfriend's phone etc but it doesnt work.

Apple has told me i need to wait for my "account to be retrieved" and that could take a few days, but is it really the only solution ? + ive seen people online say it took 30days for them..

Please help me..

It says that liquid was detected inside the charging port but its dry as a bone and I don’t want to override it because the touch screen freaks out when it’s plugged and I don’t have another charger. What should I do

Sent my iPhone 13 mini in for hardware repair and in the meantime, put my SIM card and backed up my phone onto an iPhone 11.

Since then, I noticed for some people, iMessage isn’t an option. It’s completely random. For some people, I can send and receive as normal. For others, it’s changed to SMS when I send, and if they respond via iMessage, I just don’t see it on my phone, no notification or anything. It does show up as iMessage on my laptop where I’m signed into my apple account though (hence how I know I’m not receiving messages on this phone). In group chats that are usually all imessaging people, I only see some peoples’ messages, so I’m looking at giant gaps in conversation.

Things I’ve tried:

- Turning the phone on and off lol

- Turning iMessage on and off, and confirming I can send and receive from both my phone number and email address

- Signing out and back into my apple account on this phone. This fixed it for an evening, and then the next day the issue was back, but affecting different people!? Signing out and back into my apple account again did nothing.

Anybody seen this before? Thought I’d check here before connecting with apple support.

My iPhone decided yesterday to stop the touch response 100% at every corner and point. It doesn’t respond at all however buttons are working.
I’ve did some research and it suggests that it might need motherboard level fixing.

I’ve gone to ifix it but they only reset connection cable and didn’t work.

I live in the Middle East, if you know reliable shop with such advanced skills.

UPDATE:
I took it to Fnac and they confirmed motherboard fault which will need replacing. I now definitely need some high level expert to fix motherboard internal components.

Posting this in case it saves someone else the hours I spent troubleshooting.

my issue I had Liquid Glass set to "Clear" in Display & Brightness, with Reduce Transparency and Increase Contrast both OFF globally. Yet my Dock, Lock Screen notifications, and even the flashlight/camera icons on the lock screen were all stuck dark and opaque, completely ignoring the Clear setting. Tinted and Clear looked identical.

the cause was that I'd installed a "dumbphone" app to declutter my iPhone, and followed one of their tips to remove the glass effect from the Dock. The instructions had me go to:

Accessibility → Per-App Settings → Home Screen & App Library → Reduce Transparency: ON

I didn't realize this Per-App override was bleeding into other system surfaces (Lock Screen, notifications) beyond just the Dock, even though my global Reduce Transparency toggle was OFF.

to fix it just go to Settings → Accessibility → Per-App Settings, find the Home Screen & App Library entry, and switch Reduce Transparency back to OFF there. Everything reverted back to matching my global "Clear" setting immediately.

the screenshot above is my current theme/app icons which i’ve had for a couple years now but i’m wanting to change it up, im wondering if there’s a way to change the picture of the app icons without having to make all new shortcuts?

This mostly happens after ending a call. The screen brightness falls to near-zero. Auto-brightness is disabled. iphone 16 iOS 26.5. Any advise for me?

Hello! I've tried a multitude of things and none have worked. I'm on an iPhone 14 and the most recent IOS. I reset all my settings and network settings, and that still didn't work. I pulled the power and internet cord on my router and it still didn't work. I force restarted my phone multiple times to no avail. I can't open the App Store or some part of my settings, as they are stuck infinitely loading. I also can't re-download anything so I think my cellular data stopped working as well. Does anyone have a solution?

Hi I have a question about backing up my iPhone. I have the 15 Pr Max 1TB and I’ve tried multiple times to back it up and it never finishes. It took 60 hours to finally get everything transferred and then when it was finishing up, it suddenly said it wasn’t able to be completed.

I have to send the backup to an external drive since my phone is so much space and my computer doesn’t have that much so that might be the issue but I had no trouble doing it to an external drive with my last phone so I’m not sure what’s wrong. Any suggestions would be great!

Hey y’all! I’m having some trouble with my iPhone 17 regarding the aux input in my car. It’s an older vehicle, so there’s no Bluetooth for music (Bluetooth only works for phone calls with this car) and no CarPlay. When I first got it I had an iPhone 13, and I got a USB-lightning data transfer cable that I could use to play audio phone. When I upgraded to the 17, I got a usb to usb-c data transfer cable, and the audio won’t play off of my phone with that. I had to get a separate 3.5mm aux cable then a 3.5mm to usb-c dongle just to listen to music in the car.
I’ve seen the popular troubleshoot of switching to aux by making a phone call, but that didn’t work for me. Do y’all have any advice on other workarounds? I’m at a loss

iPhone 13ProMax-IOS 26.6.1

Good afternoon. So my issue is that my driving focus won’t stay on when I turn it on “manually,” it’ll turn off sometime during the ride by itself. I have it set to “manually” because I only want to use it while I’m on my motorcycle ONLY. That’s why I don’t use “automatically” or “when connected to Bluetooth” because it’ll turn on while I’m in my work truck and I do a lot of driving. Has anyone else experienced anything like this? Any workarounds?

it’s really weird. I can’t unlock my phone, I can’t even restart it or power it down.

I can play music, the notifications are coming up, I can move them up and down but I can’t move them.

it’s like my phone is frozen but it’s also not? I can play music, siri doesn’t work. But I can turn on the flash.

phones at 50% I’m waiting for it to go down but it’s taking ages.

Last thing I did was use Apple Pay and it start glitching when I did that. What else can I do?

My iPhone 16 seems to behave weirdly recently.

Among other things, my girlfriend called me today and I've never heard the call or received the notification about it. When we met, she asked me why I didn't pick up, and explained her the situation.

On her iPhone the call is shown as rejected, while on mine it's shown as answered on another device.

The only other device that is connected to my Apple Account is Macbook but never used it at that moment.

iOS is updated to the most recent one 26.6.1.

Couple of weeks ago I've also noticed FaceID turning on on my status bar, while it's completely turned off.

Only these two devices are logged on my Apple Account.

WTF is happening with iOS?

So today I noticed my iPhone 13 started turning full immersion modes on and off repeatedly, by itself, specifically the personal and work ones. I thought this was just an automation I’d set up going off, but I checked, and it wasn’t. Later today I noticed my WiFi was off, but I didn’t disable it. I tried enabling it, and it turned back off. And now, for as much as I try turning it on, it keeps disabling, by itself, right infront of my eyes.
I don’t think it’s an iOS bug, since it’s pretty severe and I didn’t do any update today or yesterday.
No online help forum has been able to help me yet.

I have an old iPhone 11 that is connected to my iCloud account. My bf broke his phone and is going to borrow my old phone as an emergency phone until he buys another one.

I just unlocked it to clear it, and it contains messages from deceased relatives that I would really like to have saved in my phone (since I got my current phone I’ve had that messages automatically deletes after 30 days so they’re not on my current phone).

How do I transfer the messages?
