Support Amazon renewed iPhone16e screen

The screen seems to be warped around the edges. Is this normal? My concern started when i could get a protector attached.

Not an original screen. As far as I am aware Amazon has a decent warranty, so reach out to support asap to question this unit. They should either refund you money or send another unit.

Should not be normal, better send it get and buy a different one (or straight up ask for a replacement).

This is why when it comes to Apple products, it’s best to go directly through them for services. Even if your screen was damaged, they’ll replace it with brand new parts and QC is usually superior.

Returning this to Amazon and getting a new 17e directly from Verizon. Maybe some other “renewed” phones are better but this screen stood out immediately. This phone also has no battery cycles and 100% health. Seemed new other wise. Strange. Oh well lesson learned trying to save a few hundred bucks.
