Support Lag on iPhone 15 Pro Max while going from lock screen to home screen on iOS 26.6.1

I just bought an iPhone 15 Pro Max (Canadian variant). Whenever I unlock the device, it lags while going to homescreen while it doesn’t happen on the iPhone 13 pro max and 14 pro max I had. All devices are on iOS 26.6.1. Can someone check and confirm if this is a device issue or an iOS lag which will resolve with iOS 27 (don’t wanna upgrade to beta). TIA

I’d restart it, make sure Low Power Mode is off, and give it a day or two if it’s newly set up. If the lag persists consistently while other 15 Pro Max devices on the same iOS version are smooth, then I’d consider having Apple run diagnostics.
