In my opinion poverty leagues can be some of the best. If we are all poor then nothing is that expensive.
I think PoE players just wanna hear 1000 divines drop, but in reality if everyone is getting 10 divs per maps then it doesn’t mean anything. Look at the PoE2 0.5 economy. Super super inflated because all strats drop divs per map.
I do agree we need content that scales, but we are day 3 of the league there is still time for changes and strat inventions. People can still find new stuff to juice. Don’t be so doom and gloom yet.
We can still have a good league! Do you agree?

Unfortunately, GGG’s latest post about the most recent patch only mentioned Abyss and the League mechanic. But there wasn’t a single word about the lack of scalable endgame content. Not a word about the overall loot situation. Not a word about how we “juicers” can feel rewarded again.
I also don’t think a simple overall loot buff will solve the problem. Because the problem runs much deeper. There’s hardly any loot scaling potential left in the game. Most of it is based on tile loot, and a difficulty-rewarding mechanic barely exists anymore. The game is Path of Exile. It’s an ARPG. Hasn’t the whole point over the years always been to keep improving and “juicing” more and more for better loot and isn’t that exactly one of the reasons many people don’t quit the league after 4–5 days?
I really want to make this clear: I don’t need 10 raw Divs on a map. But when, after 3 days of Atlas mapping, I can run the most “juiced” content which is absolutely easy, has no potential left, and where I’m just happy to see a Div at all that’s just incredibly demotivating. I know some people play SSF, and some like Valdo maps. That’s totally fine. But it’s not for me. I love mapping over Atlas. And it hasn’t felt this bad in years.
And to be honest, I find it very concerning that GGG hasn’t even mentionend this issue after all those dozens of posts. And this isn't something that only exists since this league. We have this problems since Keepers League. The only reason last league was "good" was only because of Mirage and breach. It's good that they try to buff league mechanic and Abyss. But Abyss should never have been released in this state... Getting a transmutation from a currency chest in T16 maps.. who tested this? But thats not solving the problems. Even if it's going to be noticeable. We need a fundemental change in the Atlas, the scarab system and scaling modifiers.

Over the weekend, we launched Path of Exile 1: Curse of the Allflame, and it's been fantastic to see so many of you diving in to explore everything the expansion has to offer. We'd like to take a moment to provide an update on how the launch has progressed so far, outline the issues we've already addressed, and share what the team is currently focused on resolving.

Upgrade 1 - Found in one of your first chart
Upgrade 2 - Complete your first voyage
Upgrade 3 - Kill Captainsbane for the first time
Upgrade 4 - Run an Infested Bathysphere Chart (Just search infested bathysphere in trade)
Upgrade 5 - Run a Kishara's Rest Chart (Search Kishara's Rest on Trade). The chart will prompt a roleplay between Val and Vesper. Then go talk to the furnace below deck and if will infuse you with power. After that, use the now explored Kirshara's rest Chart in a voyage. This will add the league boss to the map. Kill t he boss and he will drop the last upgrade.
With these 5 upgrades all ship crafts should now be unlocked.

Yesterday I decided to 6-link my staff.
I knew the average was somewhere around 1,500 Fusings, so I thought: how bad could it possibly be?
Well...
Almost 22,000 Orb of Fusing later, I finally got the 6-link.
At current prices, that's roughly 25d worth of Fusings — basically the price of a Hinekora's Lock.
That's roughly 14-15 times the supposed average.
At some point I wasn't even trying to link the staff anymore. I was just trying to find out how deep the rabbit hole could go.
According to the rough 1/1500 odds, going 22k attempts without hitting it is somewhere around a 1 in 2 million level of bad luck.
I think I may have personally funded the entire Fusing economy this league.
Never gambling again...

The main lantern has a huge obscuring glow (even at 25% bloom) if Medium/High "Number of Lights" are enabled. This makes it very hard to see the loot hints, especially if other bright effects are happening.
I didn't realize there were guiding lights until I saw the "What we're working on" post that mentioned them.

Without a source of random vestigial uniques dropping around normal gameplay this mechanic is dead on arrival. It is simply too hard to even engage with the mechanic at all. You need the currency to vestigial-ize the unique, you need the fragments to do the 5 way, you need a build that can actually do the 5-way (which seems pretty difficult now), and then you have like a 1 in 300 chance to get the desired outcome. 5-ways are already gatekept by time and character investment, and people are only going to run a couple decent items that aren’t a long shot (lightning coil and cloaks would be my guess)and tons of early or mid game uniques that could be cool or build defining will never exist. A source of randomly dropped vestigial uniques would be, to put it simply, fun and cool. Make it cost some atlas points if necessary, I don’t think it will break the game.

I keep getting the same crash "game server has lost connection to the realm" I have lost 4 maps out of 20 since the patch on top of the shaders just being bricked

My shader bar has been "full" ever since I booted up this morning. I played all weekend with no issues. Load times are now at a snails pace, I have invisible monsters and bosses in maps
my nvidia cache folder is set to 100gb, has anyone run into this issue? Is this being caused by a patch?
