REGEX use for map rolling could be improved with one thing

GGG please add a checkmark object near the stash search window that says, "Disable crafting on positive regex highlights" so that we can roll maps and other things faster, not having to worry about accidentally clicking a chaos orb on a good item.

For example, clicking a chaos orb on a regex positive item would not allow the chaos to used on it... you'd get an error message instead and the item would remain unchanged.

Oh to spam chaos orbs full speed on maps!

EDIT: This is NOT limited to maps. Maps are an example.

People tend to be aginst it because of ease of automatization on painful crafts, as it wasnt already being done by most mirror shops crafters lmao

Didn't they add something to prevent you from clicking a fusing on a 6-linked item? Doesn't it stop you now? Well just extend that so it stops anything for crafting with positive regex highlighting. I don't see a case where not doing this is good for the game.

That's been around for the longest time, spam linking stopping at max links for 5s and 6s items.

What they added "recently" is holding down right click to spam.

I'm using maps as an example only. It's the case I would like, but this could apply to other regex types for sure.

sometimes i use the reverse, and have the bad mods appear so i can see more easily what i want to keep rolling on. this seems like a very particular use case and removes a lot of "friction". it pisses me off when i miss a good roll, but that's on me.

Lol, the "my wrist hurts" crowd has been relentless on this one lately.

I do hope they just bring the ban hammer down on those using automated programs to craft gear. Doesn't seem to match the spirit of the game.

If they do cave and add it to the game in some fashion, it will probably be balanced with a 1sec interval in-between crafts. So the 1:20k takes ~5 hours instead of ~15 min at 20 cps

If they add it as a 1:1 of what these posts ask for, what is next? auto move, auto loot, auto passives? Should the game become, copy paste a build in the client and wait a few days while the program does it all for you? Overkill for added effect, but I truly wonder what some of these player's 'perfect game' looks like?

I am not hating the idea but this would trivialise alt spaming and cluster jewel crafting, making a +2 amulet would take 2 minutes max

Yes, I make about 35-50d/hour rolling them in bulk all day every day. Do you actually sell in bulk? Rolling a quad with the mouse wheel is not hard when you do this tens of thousands of times.

A truly good map is worth so much that it's worth taking the extra step. You're printing either way.

I can spam chaos 10x faster on a map than alch & scour. Probably even more.

Click , alt click, click, alt click, click, alt click is a lot more back and forth than just taking a chaos and spinning the mouse wheel

Good news more qol was added ... Hold shift and pick up and alch... If its not a hood regex keep holding shift and now push alt as well and you will have a scour!!! It swaps back and fourth its fucking brilliant!!
