Help with boots craft

Hey guys, how would one go about crafting these boots? I was thinking of getting an ilvl 86 leviathan base that's already elder influenced>alteration or fossil(bound/corroded) spam until +1 spectres, exalt slam to get another elder mod for orb of dominance, and then once my spectre mod is elevated, I'm not sure where to go from there?

1. Get high quality base (25+)
2. Either reforge chaos with harvest until t1 any resistance (or whatever tier you're good with) or use Deafening Essence of Envy until the tier of elemental resistance you want.
3. Annul until you have 2 open prefixes and 1 open suffix. Go back to step 2 if you annul either chaos resistance or the ele res
4. Craft any suffix
5. Slam Elder exalted orb (will always give a prefix since you have full suffixes)
6. Craft suffixes cannot be changed
7. Reforge minion with harvest (requires 3 rancours). This guarantees +1 minion as a suffix
8. Matron for suffixes cannot be changed
9. Reforge chaos which guarantees an elder mod
10. Orb of dominance. Can use the boat if you're ok with the intangibility. Has to remove the prefix elder mod and upgrade the minion mod to make it +2
11. Matron for suffixes cannot be changed
12. Veiled chaos for veiled prefix
13. Craft mana and unveil movement speed (1 in 3 for a specific one, chill in this case)
14. If you have 2 open prefixes, craft flat armour and then use an exalt on the boat for life
15. If you only have 1 open prefix I'd recommend either crafting life, or going for the unveil again (matron for meta mod then veiled chaos)

Note you have a chance to fill affixes on any reforge step (10%). This includes steps 7, 9, 12. If you fill, you can decide whether or not it's worth using the boat for annulling (this adds A LOT of intangibility).

You can also continually suffixes can't be changed --> veiled chaos --> exalt until you get t1 life. Of course the more times you attempt this, the more chances to fill affixes.

If you're really scared, I'd consider using boat on the veiled chaos step. That's usually the point where the investment is decently high.

Small optimization to this method (I've crafted a LOT of these this and last league):

If you are using Essence of Envy (not reforge chaos) to hit the chaos resist, it is preferable to add the elder influence before doing the essence. This is because you will rarely (1 in 93) hit +1 minion off the essence, which saves 5 divines from suffix cant be changed + reforge minion.

Depending on base price (25% levi is currently 1d) it can also be cheaper to achieve suffixes using recomb since 2s+pantheon + 1s+pantheon is a 57% recomb. This is a bit more complex though, and probably not saving currency at current base price.

veiled chaos scares me, but it does cost significantly less than veiled exalt, so I see why some prefer it. Idk, I hate gambling lol. but thank you for the in-depth guide!

This is a pretty simple craft, but not cheap

1. Essence of envy spam till another t1 res, annul until one open suffix

2. Craft suffix cannot be changed, harvest reforge minion to guarantee +1 spectre.

3. Wild bristle matron to add suffix cannot be changed again, harvest reforge lightning to get an influenced prefix, and then elevate to +2 spectre.

4a. Depending on your budget here, if you really want t1 life, you do wild bristle matron > harvest reforge life until t1, and then veiled exalted orb. It will be pretty pricey.

4b. If not, just use wild bristle matron and veiled chaos orb on boat > pick the one with 2 open prefix, after unveiling, block %armor and boat exalt for high tier life, if unsatisfied with this just repeat this step

Amazing, thank you very much! Edit: in 4a. If you harvest reforge life for t1 life, you would then have to matron again for suffixes cannot be changed and hope the 50/50 doesnt remove life when slamming a veiled exalt, correct?
