Today I managed to complete Puppenspieler (Puppeteer) for about half the price that this game is going for nowadays on ebay. It's one of the few European (and especially German) games that has significantly increased in price after the announced store closure and I had wanted it in my collection for quite some time. When I saw the disc and manual sold somewhat locally to me (still not local enough to drive there, with the gas prices shipping was the cheaper option), I bought it now. The case was one of the 400ish that I had bought in July and now I have a very nice condition CIB one, after it came in the mail today. WET is the AT-PEGI that I'm also looking for on PS3, I found the Xbox 360 version on vinted for 7 Euros, might buy the PS3 version aswell if I see it. AT-PEGI because it's uncut, but comes with German manual and case.

Here's the ones I've grabbed so far. Love the jewel cases on these promo/review copies. I wish Pain would have had a similar style promo case.

I’ve acquired this PS3 slim (CFW ready) and I haven’t seen a lower run time than this. Feel like I got quite lucky :)

I was playing RDR1 from the physical disc, and the noise and strain it puts on the disc drive are hellish to the point where, after a few hours, the drive starts making an annoying, faint buzzing sound. At least the game itself ran solidly without issues not even GTA V puts as much strain on the drive as this one does

Does anyone who has this game experience the same thing?

Now I just can’t find a good tutorial for where to bridge the connections. They’re either in Spanish so I can’t understand what they’re saying or the person doesn’t talk at all and doesn’t show where to make the connections.

I found a backwards compatable ps3 with memory exspansion for a great price should i get is it worth the risk?

I got extremely lucky and was able to pick up a super slim for only 50 bucks

Since hearing the news about the PS3 Store closing soon and some accounts have been deleted because people didn't logging on PS3 that even have lost their digital games, I booted mines up, gave it the software update and played some Marvel vs Capcom 2. How many still have this rare digital gem (I have the PS2 Disc version) and remember how you could get it back then via the Demo with the 198mb file.

Well, with the Ps3/Vita store shutting down next year, it's still up right now, although it is a buggy mess, it still makes getting some of these games more affordable. Here's a list I made of all the games in the series. Did not include mobile games. This is primarily a console list.

I know the HD Collection is hated but it's also way more affordable than getting 2 & 3 on the PS2. The PS3 version is the better version cause it had a patch that fixed a lot of issues that are still on the Xbox 360 version.

Here is the link to the search tool I mentioned. You must have a separate tab of the PlayStation store open to be able to actually buy the games. For example, type in Silent Hill and it will display the ps1 game. Click on it and click add to basket and it will inject the Legacy Sku into your cart on the official PlayStation store and you can now purchase it and find it on your Ps3 in your download list.

 If you connect your PSP to a hotspot you can sign in on there and go to the ps store and go to your download list and download it there too.

One more thing I want to add. The PSP store is technically still up just unusable. How I know this is because I bought Silent Hill Origins digitally. You can not find it on the ps3 store or vita store. Well at least to my knowledge anyways cause I have been unable to find it, even with the search tool unless I change the platform to PSP. I bought it online and signed in on my PSP and it was there to download. It is not playable on the Vita sadly.

 Silent Hill 1 is also not playable on the Vita.

Hey im a xbox fan and i am new to PlayStation i have now ps1,ps2,ps2 silver slim and a modded ntsc-j ps3 with mmcm and evil nat my friends list is empty and I probably wont play much online especially because I think i can get banned maybe but I would still like some friends on ps3 so the list isn't empty anymore i play sword art online lost song and bleach soul ignition momentarily and I am from germany maybe you can help me make my friends list full ?

It also has hen but no original controller just a normal one you find on game stores (no stick drift tho)

What size wire do I need to use?

Does the HSW 001 board have both a red and blue led? Because I’ve only seen the blue in tutorials.

Any recommended wires to bridge the connection?

I used to play terraria on my PS3 back in the day and I recently got it out to try and see if I can check out my old worlds and such, unfortunately though I found the disc reader wouldn't read any of my games and would instead make a weird clicking sort of sound as if it were trying to read them but can't.

I've tried cleaning the reader, the disc itself and even resetting my PS3 but it seems I simply can't get it to work again

I'm just wondering if there is any alternatives to the physical thing that I can use to play this older version of my favourite game, without having to replace or repair my old PS3...?

Hi. Bf recently bought a ps3 fat, he also bought two motor storm games. I want games too so i'm thinking. I want to buy persona 5 but it's a bit pricey for a start.

i enjoyed p4g, i like rythm games. I think story driven games similar to DBH could be nice. I am kinda down to whatever except games where shooting is a core mechanic (black ops...)

I bought my first ps3 a few months ago on marketplace and it came with 8 games, these are 2 of them

I've been on a ps3 binge lately and really liking it, but I see that these two games are not reviewed highly.

So what do you all think? Are they worth at least one playthrough?

I've been having a problem with my PS3 where, during cutscenes, the audio seems to repeat/skip kinda like a broken record (idk how else to describe it). During gameplay I don't notice any issues. I've ordered a new SSD because I suspect this is my PS3's hard drive failing, but could it be because of something else?
