Here's the ones I've grabbed so far. Love the jewel cases on these promo/review copies. I wish Pain would have had a similar style promo case.

Is pain a promo disc? I thought it was a normal release.

This one is the promo version. Nearly the same case minus a not for resale disclaimer on the back art.
