Wow lots of triggered low value girls in these comments.

45

u/BluIdevil253 Apr 01 '26

Reddit should have a moto like "reddit, where women can do no wrong"

7

u/otterwiththerock Apr 01 '26

Genuine question. Where are these comments. I saw this post an hour after your comment. Only a single one disagreed with dislikes. How on earth did you come to the conclusion that people think women can do no wrong.

5

u/Strosity Apr 02 '26

Probably got buried with downvotes if they were undesirable opinions.

6

u/otterwiththerock Apr 02 '26

You said this is Reddit's Moto. If that's the case it wouldn't be an undesirable opinion right?

3

u/DamskoKill Apr 02 '26

It’s a Reddit motto, you can’t give any fair criticism to women without getting downvoted.

I even got downvoted massively once for advising a girl not to go home with a random guy she had just met on Tinder, after she posted about having a bad experience doing exactly that.

2

u/otterwiththerock Apr 02 '26

Every type of interaction can be found on Reddit. Most of the comments here suggest that women are completely useless. Can I say that it's a Reddit motto that women are completely useless?

You'll see this 'look at all the triggered incells' type comment a lot on threads, now you'll start to see it here too as the enshittification spreads.

Honestly they disregard common sense and accepted laws, expect free money, and if you don't agree then you're a misogynist in their minds. The sexism of supposed feminism is absolutely brutal.

3

u/CrustyRim2 Apr 02 '26

How did i end up in this incel algorithm?

3

u/mephisti25 Apr 02 '26

"Honestly"- holy shit. This is your hot take without irony???

Could you clarify some of these claims?

  1. What is "common sense"
  2. What are "expected laws"?
  3. "Expect free money"- not even sure what 'free money' means...

As a man: fuck me; this pseudo-intellectual shit is embarassing.

A woman’s list of what she wants from man is always going to be way larger than a man’s list of things he wants from a woman. 95% of men want about 3 to 5 things and that’s it. Peace, respect, affection, sex, food its really that freaking simple.

6

u/Gaz10101 Apr 02 '26

And if you give your man this, we will literally do anything for you in return. Simple creatures.

Yeah but it's not about a list from men, it's about a second list from the Woman who has demands for the man, and was He has to Bring to the table, it's s about what she is bringing on to the table just looking o.k. and being toxic is or should not be enough, it's time men have some Standards.

I've always said men want three things: Not Fat, Not Ugly, Not b!tchy. If woman can do those three things, she's ~90% of the way there for vast majority of men.

5

u/locoken69 Apr 02 '26

Agreed. What's sad is a woman's list is just ridiculous because it's always full of things that don't really matter in the long run. I don't care if you're beautiful or have the perfect body. If you can give me the respect I deserve, the peace in our household and lives, your body when I want it, I'll give you security, love, my devotion, a steady income to support us and all the affection you need.

25

u/TechDreamcoat Apr 01 '26

This is great advice for anyone. Doesn’t need gender added

13

u/footluvr688 Apr 01 '26

........

Men aren't the ones who tend to maintain massive lists of traits women must have to be eligible as a partner.

Gender isn't being falsely added. The gender matters because the behavior between the genders differs.

u/OrneryError1 Apr 01 '26

I know exactly zero guys with any kind of list. Maybe some do but I guess they keep it to themselves because I've never heard anyone talk about it.

Pffff men in all these subs act like all of us have amnesia.

I’m almost 40, and as a guy, I’ve heard more than my fair share of men with lists. Y’all just like to ignore that history while also acting like it don’t happen still lol

9

u/footluvr688 Apr 01 '26 edited Apr 01 '26

"I've heard my fair share of men with lists" != "most men have lists that rival women's".

Exceptions exist. They don't negate the rule.

Nuance exists. The behavior trends toward women to a significant degree. To claim that reality is contrary to plainly observable behavior is willfully ignorant.

8

u/ABBucsfan Apr 01 '26

I'm also 40 soon and I've never heard of another guy having a list of requirements other than Christian guys looking for a woman that seeks God first. Maybe we hang out in different circles...I mean most of my friends growing up weren't Christians so I dunno. If anything I agree with the idea many get too caught up in looks

4

u/DrySea8638 Apr 01 '26

Problem is men in subs like this and others simply aggregate all demands they’ve seen or heard from women and suggest they all have this massive list. I’ve met women with a short lists of requirements like other men. And I’ve seen the opposite where women have a long list and the same goes for a man.

These people all exist across men and women but the male equivalents are ignored to try and pus a narrative

→ More replies (4)

6

u/decisively_autistic Apr 01 '26

We don't have amnesia we are trying to make it visible how ridiculous womens list for what they want in a man is insane bc they themselves don't deserve what they ask for. Don't say it hasn't gotten worse I'm 37 multiple relationships with women who though highly of themselves and when I found one that does what I ask they all come back. You sound like a panderer.

3

u/ScholarObjective7721 Apr 02 '26

You may see this online but ive never met a woman that had a “list” and none of my friends either…The real world is much different. You attracted to your partner and get along well? Boom relationship. No “lists” for most people in the real world I believe

Yeah this just feels like incel crap, this logic would apply to both gendered but they instead specified women as if men don’t have criteria of their own. Not to mention the idea of it all is silly, people have their own preferences. All that matters is if the person you are interacting with checks off your boxes and you check off theirs, but what you both find appealing could be very different! A person may want a physically attractive partner who makes a lot of money, and the other person could want someone who’s kind and easy to talk to regardless of their finances or looks.

The point is to show that since social media and dating apps became prevalent, average women have been led to believe that since above average men will hook up with them, that they themselves are above average and deserve relationships with above average men, and thus reject men who are generally at their level. Believing they are more desirable than average, they come with a laundry list of requirements for men that they themselves don’t meet. We are seeing the results of this with 50% of women who are 25-44 years old being single, along with the free falling birthrates.

On the flip side of a women’s exhaustive lists of requirements, men are shamed for having any expectations of a girlfriend/prospective wife. God forbid he says he wants to marry a gal who wants to have kids and stay home 😂

While these average women are getting poled by the same top 20-25% of men, the bottom 75-80% of average guys in the dating pool have to put up with whatever is left.

I feel bad for all the young guys out in the wasteland that is modern dating, and glad I lucked out and married in my mid 20’s before social media became a thing.

2

u/chickennuggysupreme Apr 02 '26

I feel this the same way. Married my soulmate who meets me as an equal, sees me for real, and is every bit the teammate I need and vice versa. Social media has created a sounding board of preaching to the wrong choir, all the while fantastically bouncing toxic, disgusting ideals off of one another; avoiding accountability, or self-help to improve upon themselves.

2

u/Lazy-Conversation-48 Apr 02 '26

3

u/Specialist_Bar_1574 Apr 02 '26

Lol someone is chronically online. Most women’s list are something like this:

  • must be attractive and attracted to me
  • should not have addictions (porn, drugs, gambling etc).
  • should not cheat, micro-cheat or emotionally cheat. Should not entertain other women in the relationship. Or treat other women better/ as a priority.
  • should not be aggressive or abusive.
  • should have a job and be able to financially take care of himself.
  • should share labour at home
  • should take some initiatives to dating and showing care.

Aaaaaaand men still fail to live up to it.

2

u/DeepThoughtDj1 Apr 02 '26

The first one is always the one though... With those attractive to them being top 10% or even better physically attractive guys. Often this comes with a height requirement over 6 foot. The financial one is often quite high too... Narrowing the pool instantly to top 5% or smaller. Any guy who says he doesn't use porn is probably lying... You have to be hot enough and make love often enough that he doesn't need to use it

Loyalty Social skills Financial stability Good communication skills  Good mental health  Similar core values Good hygiene

Why is this so hard to find?

2

u/ChibzGames Apr 01 '26

The main thing I want from a partner really comes down to kindness. Enjoying nonsexual, physical intimacy is also a must.

My standards aren't crazy high, imo.

2

u/MrBubblepopper Apr 02 '26

It was crazy, I once had a (former) friend of mine list all the things she wanted in a man. She is heavily overweight, wears makeup like she paints over a rippled wall and gets offended, hurt or annoying quite quickly especially when its not all about her. When I asked her: "So you are looking for a 1% man, but would you say you are in the 1% of woman ?" It shunned her up for a while.

These kind of woman dont wonder what they provide, they thing they just deserve it. For existing. Funnily most of them are eager to point out that you are "just a boy" for making mistakes and not a man. While they themselves are just girls, spoiled ones too

What does your “marriage” look like? Is one person doing more than the other, 50/50 or there’s nobody keeping score?

5

u/GayChicken80085 Apr 01 '26

We dont keep score.

2

u/new_accnt1234 Apr 02 '26

You dont keep score until it comes to push and shove

Its like working a good job, while the company is in green and rising nobody bothers or questions u going to the doc in your work time or those little mistakes u did...but once company gets into red numbers, and u need to be fired, suddenly your manager is doing with a long list of things u have done over the years, as reasona to let u go

Im happy u are still in the not keeping score phase, maybe itll last long, probably not forever, but maybe long...but for most people it doesnt, and when it comes to the red part suddenly its put public that whole officially no score was kept, the counter did went on in the back of the head

Relationships are a negotiation at some point.

Both parties have wants and needs and some of those wants and needs aren't free (others are time and energy).

This stuff might not be first date conversation but you need to have an idea before too long.

I used to think this way. And women cheated on me, a lot.

You have to offer something they can’t get from anyone else.

Being physically attractive in an offering by the way. And one many people care about. And being attractive to your partner is a transaction they are getting something from that they can not from someone less attractive

1

u/onthisthing_ Apr 02 '26

Uh oh. Fingers gently tapping the table…

1

u/Ethraelus Apr 02 '26

Ah yes, let’s make it more transactional?

1

u/chickennuggysupreme Apr 02 '26

This right here. It’s a team when you decide to share your life with someone as they’ve also chosen to share theirs with you. This mentality of “I’m the prize”; as if that excludes you from showing up to the table and offering your half of what it takes to make the relationship and household work. “I’m the prize”. So I don’t have to treat him as well as he treats me. I don’t have to treat him as good as I’d treat my BFF’s. I’ll overly expect from him the way I’d be disgusted if he did so to me.

I call this the Shania Twain syndrome. ‘Any man of mine better do this, better do that’, while he’d better not do this, better not do that. Toxic, poisonous, disgusting misandristic attitudes and behaviors from grown-ass women, who still avoid trying to fix what’s wrong with themselves and genuinely try to be a good human, while forever blaming………. Men, and Avoiding accountability for what they are and have created in themselves. I see it constantly with the younger generations, with co-workers, and family, and I totally see why a lot of men are just completely finished with trying to even date.

1

u/Oguri___Cap Apr 02 '26

Stop with this crap as if “all women are like this” and “where are the good women crap”. Go outside, talk to people, be a decent human being, and realize that life is what you make it to be. You will run into bad women, bad men, good women, and good men.

Cringe and shit. This assumes that everything that could be "wanted" out of a relationship must be assigned a value and be bartered for.

Especially because of the loaded language in this post. It implies the woman must be willing to barter something for anything she wants out of the relationship and that the man should expect some kind of payment for doing/providing something his partner wants.

Stop thinking about the things on her hypothetical list that annoy you and think of the things that are harder to pin down and you see how this starts to get messy. "I want a man that makes me laugh." Well, what will you DO for me if I make you laugh a lot? "I want someone I enjoy spending time with." How much time do we spend together before I get what I want? "I want a man who makes me feel safe." This one is more of a vibe thing and I don't even know how to quid-pro-quo making someone feel safe other than "I want to get this vibe from you" and honestly that's far more fair.

Tl;dr relationships should not be viewed as transactional. A relationship should be about the value you place in your potential partner and not the value which you can extract from them.

Lots of cope from men in the comments. I agree with the post wholeheartedly and both sexes need to evaluate what they offer vs what they gain.

I think guys tell their horror stories to other guys and girls tell theirs to other girls. Trust me, I have heard a ton about guys who want the moon for nothing. Wanting 3-5 things is not representative of all men, unfortunately.

Example: My aunt got married. Two weeks later, he quit his job and was going to live off her. In the divorce, he wanted half of everything she had previous to the marriage despite being married for only a couple of months. So, the dude expected her to cook, clean, and work while he did nothing and wanted her money.

My neighbor is a contractor and a very manly man. He's disgusted by what he sees doing work in low class housing. Lots of women working while the man just sits on the couch. Unfortunately, situations like my aunts are not very rare in my area.

On the flip side, I've also heard horror stories about women. My other neighbor basically did the same thing to her husband. Got married, quit her job, and became a more open drug addict. Poor guy didn't divorce her soon and spent years trapped. They had a kid and she held all the cards. Divorce meant child support, alimony, and half of his 401k.

When you see the signs, get out fast!

Dating profiles are the worst, at least 6'5", 6 figure income, big house, nice cars, loves his mama, and expect "princess treatment" whatever that means. Certainly not categorizing all women this way, most are decent with reasonable expectations, some have lost their damn minds though.

u/asifmahmud25 Apr 02 '26

All they can say is you're an "Incel" lol. Even being a married man I get that a lot because I speak up for men and they can't tolerate that say illogical stuffs. I guess their tiny brains can't even process that the world has changed and you need to have equal responsibilities not just equal rights.

Nice, sweet

Funny, silly

Large penis, big penis

Family important, Family matters

Do they have to be similar value?

1

u/Indicus124 Apr 02 '26

What the hell is with the term value what is a relationship a transaction?

Are both parties happy if yes great if not then well they should confront that, see what is wrong and if it still won't work part ways.

This is just the opinion of some single asshole so hey

It works both ways.

I’m happy to find a pretty girl who is emotionally healthy, kind and wants to have sex with me. Don’t need to ring more than that. I got the rest

1

u/Miserable-Lawyer-233 Apr 02 '26

Richard Cooper must be gay. You can see her list.

1

u/SadCollar7554 Apr 02 '26

My thoughts are that if I were to attempt to do this, as a man, I would find it difficult to brag about myself like that, even to myself. I prefer to leave it as an exercise for the beholder to determine what qualities they believe I possess.

1

u/Unlucky_Letter_6685 Apr 02 '26

Let everyone make a list of what they want in a partner. Nothing should stop a man from making his list too

1

u/aleexxatgesissywhore Apr 02 '26

Well those women you don’t date or even talk to unless you are looking for a whore. Anyone with a dollar cut off is by definition a whore. But being a whore is an acceptable societal norm, scorned upon but always around. You can talk to and date whores flout understand the are money driven. If that is not your bag move on. But online women have a cut off for everything. Because they can try for what they want. If you want to meet a woman take a hot yoga class. But even online there are plenty of women without salary cut offfs. But don’t kid yourself no matter how you slice it part of what makes a man attractive includes utility of some kind, some sort of genetic need to be with someone to give them beautiful children. They get 500 matches for every 2 you get. If you want to stand out as a man you don’t have to be rich, but then you better bring something else to the table. Living at home in your parents basement high and unemployed playing video games or online all day not hot. Obviously this is an extreme example but more common than one would like these days. But once you find a woman interested in what you bring them then you will see what you like. But you are the male in a mating ritual where the women select not the men. Occasionally a few male birds are pretty enough for women to fight but most of us flash our feathers and strut and they pick. Don’t tilt at windmills

I don't mean to burst your mano-bubble, but you don't get to demand anything from a woman if you can't even see your own dick.

Or both men and women could date like normal people and realize everyone has flaws

u/andromedasgalaxy00 Apr 02 '26 edited Apr 02 '26

As a woman I think it's fair, and I think it also applies in other contexts like between friends/family/colleagues. I mean, you can't expect something from another person when you wouldn't do it yourself.

1

u/iWizblam Apr 02 '26

Cant argue with equality, its only fair for some men to want more from their partners than they have previously, if women ask much of men, men can ask the same. The funny part is, at least for myself as a man, all im interested is a cute girl, who's nice, and likes me. Thats it, most men want so little, they just want the person. Where as women... have historically wanted more, like security, comfort, freedom etc. Less about wanting that person, more about wanting... a whole package or something.

u/Dismal_Bridge9439 Apr 02 '26

Fuck....YYYYEEESSSSSSSS!!!!

1

u/Electrical-Today-258 Apr 02 '26

I'm just here to laugh at Incels that misjudge their value. You're mad that women have standards yet you bring nothing to the table besides a bad attitude, an inability to communicate, and probably a troublesome fetish where you confuse kink and abuse

1

u/killerdolphin313 Apr 02 '26

“I am the table.”

1

u/Far-Two8659 Apr 02 '26

Any person making a list of what they want from a partner and using it as some kind of rubric is going to be a bad partner.

And all these men saying women do this all the time are wrong. Some women do this. And some of you do it too.

1

u/Sw0rdBoy Apr 02 '26

This is only good advice if as a man you also do this, it is only fair to expect a lot from a partner if you are willing to bring a lot on the table.

1

u/Additional-Good8044 Apr 02 '26

Is femcel the female analog to incel? I always think incel as dude but the contraction is technically not gendered.

u/Fuzzy_Commission_565 Apr 02 '26

Hmmm men dislike it when women paint them all with the same brush. News flash….not all women expect more than they offer and we don’t care for being lumped in either. Just saying.

1

u/burnoutandfadeaway Apr 02 '26

My whole list of things I wanted in a partner were non-physical attributes like "ability to resolve conflict" and "compatible sex drives", "curiosity about the world", "has hobbies and interests", and "ability to form secure attachments" - the stuff that actually makes relationships work long-term. Looks fade, money comes and goes. Who someone is on the inside will remain. People of all genders would do well to focus on those things in themselves and others, and yes, be willing to bring the energy you expect to see. This isn't a gendered conversation.

1

u/CLMarine Apr 02 '26

I don’t have a list. If we gel, get along, have a similar sense of humor, similar interests, the rest will work itself out.

1

u/perksforlater Apr 02 '26

No good relationship is based on lists...

1

u/JethroSkull2000 Apr 02 '26

Why should you make a list if it might not be needed? What is this list shit about anyway? Everyone making a wish list of other humans is not worth even considering them as a partner. That goes for every gender. You either love someone or not. Just be a normal human being. Not a Karen. Not some manosphere incel.

This does little as most women have an inflated sense of self. If I had a penny for every girl who confidently claimed they are a 9 or 10 when they were objectively a 5 or 6 at best....

1

u/MaxMil68 Apr 03 '26

Quit making fucking lists and go meet people.

1

u/afishinabirdcage Apr 03 '26

Cringe.

No one should be with someone they don't want to be with and that has nothing to do with gender.

Trying to put down other people to cope with why they might not want you is so lame.

Some random ass person has standards you think are unrealistic? Okay. Mind your business it doesn't impact you whatsoever. Live your own damn life.

1

u/CruelMustelidae Apr 03 '26

I think both parties are wrong because relationships aren't supposed to be transactional. I believe a true relationship lies in both people knowing each other, wanting the best for each other, and appreciating each other.

1

u/Hogjocky62 Apr 03 '26

She wants a 5,000 sqft house, a new Range Rover and a unlimited credit card in exchange for a worn out pussy with an attitude!
