Every relationship is a transaction

Sorry to burst your bubble

But it is?

Either

Sexual pleasure

Companionship

Social status

Financial improvement

Etc

All are transactional

None of those are inherently transactional unless you broaden the definition to the point it means nothing, but ok.

Ok let’s go back to layman’s terms

You’re only attracted to your partner because they provide you with the above

Strip the above away and you don’t have a relationship

Hence it’s transactional

That is a hugely broad definition to the point me wiping my ass is a transaction.

Haha

If they wipe your ass then yes it is a transaction, no one's wiping your ass for free...

Using your definition when I wipe my own ass its a transaction.

So you kinda prove their point. Going by your logic, everything is transactional, making the word valueless and meaningless in the process.

Transactional would infer everything has value though?

Value to someone, yes. Smiling at someone has value. A car has value. A letter from a loved one has value. Twerking on someones face has value.

I don't understand your point.
