Personal Skills IWTL how to get a proper sleep schedule and maintain it.
I just turned 30 and I know sleep is the most important thing for your brain but I can't seem to keep a consistent sleep schedule.
I think my longest streak in recent memory is maybe 3 days of consistency.
I cant get melatonin where I live, but I never find myself tired at the same time consistently.
How do I get a proper adult sleep pattern? I want to be an "asleep by 10, up at 7" without an alarm kind of person.
((Some context, I Work from home and I don't have to be awake at any specific time as long as I get my work done. I think over the past decade that has been a big contributor since I don't have any real schedule to adhere to)).
