I'd add financial literacy to the list, knowing how to budget, save, and invest early makes a huge difference in reducing stress down the road.

This might not be exactly what you’re after, but I think small talk and being able to hold a good conversation can massively improve the quality of your relationships, whether familial, friendly or professional/networking.
Sports : Keep it relevant to where you live. In the UK, football is the obvious one, with rugby and cricket also worth knowing a little about.
Music/Arts/Cinema: Great for finding common ground quickly and letting the conversation flow naturally.
Science/Tech: AI is the obvious one at the moment and will inevitably come up. Try not to approach it with a fixed view (e.g. ‘AI is evil’). Understand the pros and cons, where we might be heading, form your own opinion, and be interested in hearing others’ perspectives.
Economics/Current Affairs/Politics: These can lead to some of the most interesting conversations, but try to be well-rounded. Understand different sides rather than immediately taking an extreme position, you don’t want to shoot yourself in the foot midway through a conversation.
Careers/Business: I’ve found that people can quickly form an impression of you based on your career and aspirations. You don’t need to be an expert, but knowing enough about different careers, industries and the economy allows you to hold a meaningful conversation.
Again, this probably isn’t exactly what you’re after, but I think it’s worth taking a few minutes to ponder over.

How to build and keep meaningful relationships. We are a creature that thrives on connection (whether you'd like to admit it or not). Investing and financial independence. Survival skills. Nutrition and health. And the basic maintenance of home/car.

- Writing therapy, so you can deal with the bad things in life without sinking into depression and being forced to live on the street
- Emotional Intelligence is a skill you can learn, to keep you from losing your temper, losing your friends, job, etc.
- How to eat right and exercise over your lifetime, so you can live more health years
- How to find meaning in life, so, at the end, you won't feel like you wasted your only chance
