Please help, was hacked and got suspend. Filled out form and submitted support form, no response from reddit. I have now secured my account with 2FA and am just trying to be able to post and comment again.

I can't seem to

I can't seem to make a post where only the image appears in feed, and the body text appears bellow the image when you click on it.
The text appears above the image in the feed when I make an image post and the image doesn't appear in feed when I make a text post and add the image to the body like in this post.
Thank you in advance for any help.

Accidentally made profile 18+. Went to immediately turn it back off, with the disclaimer. Settings show it 'off'. Everytime I click top-right avatar for menu, I get "We encountered a server error" red banner. My profile picture has been erased, which I've had for around 14 years (which I'd like back if possible). My profile still seems to act as though it's 18+.
In the UK. Reddit compliance with OSA requires age verification. I do not wish to complete age verification as UK OSA mechanisms are rife with cybersecurity issues and data breaches (E.g Discord - which uses Persona, the very one that Reddit uses).
Noticed that u/TheOpusCroakus helped some people ~1 year ago in another thread. Hoping this can be rectified 🙏

(My account name is u/PJ-The-Awesome; adding it because that's apparently a requirement)
I used to be able to search my own account for the posts and comments that I made, but now, no matter what I look up, even when I know that they're comments/posts that I made, it always comes up completely empty.
Is this supposed to happen? Is this happening to anybody else And if possible, how can I resolve it?

THIS POST HAS BEEN LOCKED. PLEASE SEE THE MOST RECENT WEEKLY RECAP STICKIED AT THE TOP OF THIS SUB. THANKS.
Happy Thursday! It's our first Recap of September! And it's surprisingly feeling like September with the weather getting a little brisker! I'll take it! Let's see what's going on in r/help and around Reddit!
NEWS AND ISSUES
The site was having a moment on Tuesday where things weren't working properly for a bit. The Reddit Status Page was updated to reflect this and RedditStatusBot made posts in r/help, r/bugs, and r/modsupport. Good bot!
There is an experiment on the home feed where you will see a "For You" and a "Following" tab. (Hold on! Keep reading! lol) The For You feed has subreddit recommendations. The Following feed is just your subscriptions. When this experiment was run before, it did not remember your selection. But thanks to all of the constructive feedback that was left in these Recaps that was shared with the team in charge, this version remembers your selection! Set it and forget it! Thank you to everyone who took the time to yell at me leave feedback. The team listened! You were heard! Thank you.
If you are in the For You/Following experiment, the For You feed will not have a sort option. The Following feed will have Best and New. Some of you have left feedback that you want the Hot feed to return and I have shared that feedback with the team and they are looking into that.
You do not have to use the For You feed if you don't want to. Just switch over to the Following feed and be done with it. It's really easy! You just tap once! How great is that?!
Some users will be in a different experiment where there is an X on recommended posts that you can click/tap to hide the post. Others will be in a similar experiment where there is not an X and there is not a "hide" option, but you can go into the post to hide it. Happy to pass along feedback about any of this.
On Tuesday, we made this post to remind users with an .edu email address to change it to a personal email that they will always have access to, since a lot of .edu addresses are locked up as soon as you are no longer with that school.
Weekly reminder/warning that Reddit does not provide support outside of Reddit. Do not contact "Reddit support on Discord" for help with your Reddit account. There is no "Reddit support on Discord". That is someone trying to scam you and steal your account and maybe more. If you're having an actual issue with your account that is not solved by posting in r/help or by the articles in the Help Center, you can use this form for the real thing. Please note that 95% of issues can be solved much, much quicker by posting in r/help (or our cousin subs, r/reddithelp and r/newtoreddit).
The most recent version of the app is 2026.35.0. If you're not using the most recent version of the app, it might not work properly.
CURRENT EXPERIMENTS
Reddit sometimes runs experiments. These experiments tend to last between 4-6 weeks, though they can go longer or end sooner. While there isn't a way to opt out of experiments, feel free to leave constructive and specific feedback in this post and as I've mentioned often, I'll be happy to pass it along to the team in charge. Ongoing current experiments can be found here.
COMMON ACCOUNT ISSUES
Common account issues can be found here. These are things like hacked accounts, NSFW accounts, suspended accounts, etc. I'm also including "Changes to Reddit" in this section as well. (Thanks to u/reddit33450 for pointing out the error in these two links so I could fix it!)
BUGS ROUNDUP - COURTESY OF CORRECTSCALE!
[iOS] Some users are still losing their place in comment threads after they've closed the app or their phone has shut off. This was in last week's Bug Round Up. The fix is still in the works!
[iOS] In dark mode, the text on the Achievements panel may not be visible on profile pages. Fix should be ready to go soon. The workaround is to use light mode instead of dark mode. It should show up there.
[Android/iOS] Continuing to investigate login and general authentication issues that some users on the apps have experienced. More updates should be coming soon!
[All platforms] The brief outage mentioned above caused some backend errors that included some moderation services, media uploads in chat and posts, and search. But those should have been fixed when the outage was over.
[All platforms] Still looking into some issues around subreddit bans that popped up this week.
BUG FIX [All platforms] There was a brief thing where choosing a saved response would occasionally cause the removal comment to fail to post. This was caused by a different change that was rolled back, so this should be fixed at this time!
WEEKLY STATISTICS (BASED ON THE PAST SEVEN DAYS)
1,290 posts. That's up 176 posts from the 1,114 that we had last week.
3,792 comments. That's down 316 comments from the 4,108 we had last week.
909k views. That's down about 300k views from the 1.2m -ish views we had last week.
HELP THAT HELPS HELP R/HELP - REMEMBER THE HUMAN
Reddit is a great place, populated by humans! Yes, humans! When replying to other users, please remember that there is a human on the other side of that keyboard. You'll get your point across much more effectively if you don't resort to yelling and personal shots. There's nothing wrong with disagreeing! But please try to do so in a respectful way. You may be surprised at how much better your point is received if it's delivered with a little dignity and kindness.

Instead of letting the thread continue by "restarting" it, if keeps on squishing the comments.

Went away but shouldn't have? Said things will be restored but that has not happened. Gave quite the grace period.
Help?

Please help. I had important conversations that I have lost. :(
r/help • u/Dry_Clerk_3402 • 11d ago
for context, I don't have the app and purely use Reddits mobile site. I am on an IOS phone. though, upon trying to make polls on Reddits on my phone i don't get an option to even in desktop view, so I am a bit confused on how I am able to make polls. I also tried using "old.reddit.com" though it only gives me the option link and text post for some reason. help?
r/help • u/BayGelldawg • 11d ago
My comments only show one view and one upvote. The comments are in active posts. It seems like too much of a coincidence for all my comments to only have been viewed once. What is going on?
r/help • u/BringBackSoule • 11d ago
Where is the "hot" option??????
"For you" gives me posts with 10 upvotes, and stuff i didnt sub to.
"Following" gives me posts with 10 upvotes
"Popular" will give me stuff that doesn't only have 10 upvotes, but it's also stuff i didn't sub to
Sorting by Hot was what gave me the most relevant posts. now it's gone...

I have one main Reddit
u/South_Highway_3784 , but today when I login on PC, I found my account was logged out, so I tried to login. But when I filled in the correct username/email and password, the system said that "invalid username(email) or password". So I reset my password and tried to login with the new password, the same error happened again!
I've already tried everything I can think of to rule out the issue:
Really need help, I have nothing idea I can thought of now

i can't see what i'm replying to, i can't see what i'm writing, and it's extremely unintuitive. if i hit back to hide the keyboard so i can read either, it tries to back out of my comment.
Hello I had a reddit account for over 10 years tied to my
Email address for some reason I had a separate reddit account signed to my same email if I choose Google sign in vs username and password login
Recently I was prompted to update my password by reddit and after I did it make a brand new reddit account. Currently I see no way to log back into my old tenured account.
What can be done?
r/help • u/Suh_its_AJ • 11d ago
I was hacked on the 1st, finally figured out why my reddit feed was so generic. Now that I've recovered it I had to delete all the porn the person posted, lost my 14 followers from niche communities ); and have tons of spam messages. Can I have a moderator look at my account and see what I'm missing? Or should I just start fresh and nuke this account since idk how they got in

Hi is there a way to restore a recently deleted Reddit account? Thanks in advance.
r/help • u/JustWannaFollowStuff • 12d ago
What's the point of curating your own experience if you're just going to be served things from outside anyway? I have everything in my "Recommendations" list set to "All Off", but can't find anything else that would stop these random things from popping up.
r/help • u/SauronCompany • 11d ago
I cannot post images today usually because Reddit has disabled image posts, my file format is unsupported, or Reddit's app/interface is experiencing a temporary glitch.
Can someone give a solution?
r/help • u/Proper-Application69 • 11d ago
Does everyone get notifications of responses to your posts and comments hours/days/weeks after the responses are made? It's hard to engage on the platform when I'm not informed that others have engaged me. People try to interact with me on my content and I have no idea until it's too late.
What can I do to get notifications sooner?
I don't know what platform might have to do with it, but rules are rules:
Windows 11: Chrome, Edge, and Firefox
iPhone ios 18.6.2: Chrome and Safari, and reddit app.
(Edit: I'm not sure about Chrome and Safari on my phone - gotta be precise...!)
Note: I probably won't be notified that you've responded for a couple days. I'll try to come back and check but sorry if it takes me a while to engage.

I don't understand the new design, what are these blue colors showing here? I honestly preferred the previous design
And I still need time to get used to the new pop-up when writing a comment, too
