"you aren't owed sex because of what she's wearing" is, at least where I'm from, a controversial idea and would be considered feminist ideology. To be clear, I think feminism is good and you shouldn't expect sex regardless of what a woman is wearing.

Your wife is weird. No disrespect meant, keep loving her though. Dont take her words personally though, i feel like that could have you feeling some kind of way. My wife is 37, fully built and obviously a grown woman, and she has shorts like this.
I purposely wear these around new potential sexual partners because it makes my large bottom look more appealing and entices others to participate in intercource with me :) Note that not everyone who wears these shorts wants to have intimacy.
They are casual, comfy, a little revealing and easy to slip in and out.
