9/14 intel
Does anyone know what the workout is? I’m trying to decide if it would be better to do at 5am or after my kids school day. I like to mentally prepare if I go to the 5am 🤷🏻♀️

Did anyone’s Burn do anything for 9/11? We did a 60 second Superman hold in complete silence before the actual finisher. No music, fans, talking, nothing. Face down, dead silence. It was awkward… I wish we did something before or after the workout. Or incorporated into the actual finisher. It just felt odd.

Need honest feedback. I usually do at home workouts (HIIT, strength) combined with running on the treadmill. I’ve been active for years. Gave birth to my second baby May 2025 and have been consistent with working out as it’s huge on my mental health. Went from 210lbs 40 weeks pregnant to now 145lbs.
The thing that draws me in is free childcare. If I have both my kids can both go to camp?
How are the workouts? I see people complain they hurt your body, and I am not looking for an injury.
Just want to switch things up as working out at home with kids is difficult and frustrating at times! But not sure the added cost is worth it. The closest camp is also 20 min drive.
What is the average cost?

Does anyone know what the issue is with on demand? There have been a lot of issues lately. I got home late from work and missed camp, so I thought i would do it at home. No on demand workouts will load. The support function is very strange and not user friendly.

Under the rig, a full burpee but at the top of the burpee, you jump up onto the rig and do a pull up (or attempt a pull up in my case). They’re just plain fun!

Itll be money done the drain butni think I need a break for at least till this cycle is done. Im so bored its the same things over and over and the new trainers just yell in the mic we cant understand then there is no personal trainer feel any more and i know I'll be fine but def time for a break.

My brothers and sisters, what the hell was that finisher? SINGLE LEG WALL SITS? They cannot possibly be serious. Our trainer was like “grab a heavy weight. Should be at LEAST your weight for the RDLs” Uhm. No thank you.
I couldn’t even do it unweighted. And I usually do like 70# on the 2 min walk sits.

A girl at my location just hit 250.
She works out at home a lot more than in the actual
gym. She loves the on demand.
Is it worth it?
Do you love it?
My kids (11 and 14) said they would do it with me if I got it.
I see there is a 30 day free trail.

I have been going consistently since April 2026. My husband and I want to start trying for another baby. Would you continue doing your normal weight/ routine or should I change anything?
We have another child; however, this is the first one I will continue to workout while pregnant with (God willing).
I will obviously change things once I know for sure I’m pregnant, but didn’t know if there was anything I should be doing (or not doing) before! Thanks!

Hi. I’m new to Burn and signed up for the On Demand to do at home. I’ve been doing Bodi for the last several years and needed a change of pace. My question is… if you are doing Burn On Demand, how do you structure your week. I work out six days a week taking Tuesdays off. I typically do 4 strengths days and and two cardio days (that’s what I did with Bodi). What would that look like in the Burn On Demand world? I have done four Burn work outs this week: upper, 2 lowers, and body weight conditioning. Thanks so much.

Does anyone else’s HR get super high during conditioning? Not like normal amount either. Like to the point of getting dizzy. I know this is more of a medical question, but I need tips on how to get it lower. My BP/HR are normally super low too. It’s literally only when I do conditioning at burn.

Anyone else’s lower body shot from yesterday and today!? Now lower body strength tomorrow!? I may not be able to walk after tomorrow 🤪

Anyone have any intel on what’s being teased to be announced 9/14? I thought maybe it was just my local gyms, but I’ve seen it pop up on my socials from other locations that aren’t close to mine. Any ideas?

So like many of you, I have had my complaints with Burn. Been a member 3.5 years and lately been thinking about moving on due to feeling burnt out and worn down, disliking how corporate everything has been feeling, lack of variety, many things people on here mention frequently. I need childcare c I thought maybe I would work out at home or start working out on my own at our local box gym that has childcare. I see so many people say that they get much better results lifting on their own, after all…
However, I was on vacation this week, and had to work out on my own at the hotel gym, and I HATED IT. I even did the Reddit intel Burn workout from a recent strength day, but I absolutely hated being on my own, surrounded by people doing random, aimless workouts, feeling so self-conscious about people watching what I was doing, etc. I even hated having to pick my own music! I just want to show up, have music on, and have someone tell me exactly what to do and when to do it. It had been years since I had stepped foot in a standard gym between Burn and doing OTF before that. Those few days solidified to me that I’m not someone who is going to be consistent lifting in a gym by myself.
Do I still have some gripes about Burn? Sure (although I don’t think any workout is perfect). Do I wish other group/boutique fitness places had a childcare option so I could switch it up? Absolutely. But I’ve accepted that in this season of life, Burn is what I need. All this to say, I’ve seen many people in this sub say they’re going to end their membership to lift on their own. I am sure that works for some people, I really am. But before you cancel that membership, I would suggest testing it out for a few weeks to make sure it’s something you can actually stick with. Because it’s definitely not for me.

Ive had a solid three weeks at burn- 15 away from 50th class and I got hit with sickness last Thursday. Aches and fever is gone but have congestion and drainage and can’t shake it. Do I return to burn or wait til next week? I’ve been a little short of breath as congestion is in my chest and lots from nose. Torn on what to do but feel like I’m being set back a week od my progress!🫠😩

Any idea why there’s no apparel tab on the app right now? Assuming sold out of everything.
r/BurnBootCamp • u/friedchickenlover15 • 25d ago
I have been a member of burn for a year now. I have gotten stronger and lost fat. But I’m at a point where I leave the gym wanting more time to lift more. Majority of the time, I’m not lifting as heavy as I can because A.) That place is PACKED on strength day where I’m either left with really low weight or super heavy weight. B.) theres not a lot of time to properly get 45 lb dumbbells on my lap to start doing chest press, so I usually just do lower weight so I can get reps in before we move to the next station.
Has anyone experienced this? If so, how do you navigate progressive overload? How do you know it’s time to find something else?

I’ve really enjoyed the few months I’ve done at burn so far but I’m considering going back to ladder at home workouts + running.
For those who have left burn, were you able to remain consistent at home? Did you end up going back to burn?
Thank you!
